Best automotive mechanics ever... to the point I really dont want to share them. I get honest reliable and dependable service. Ss a female consumer, I never worry about being jipped here.

I was driving through St Norbert and my vehicle began to overheat. Cliff went above and beyond to get me fixed up and on my way on a Friday afternoon when I thought I was probably going to be stranded. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get things fixed up at a very reasonable cost. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this shop!

Called to book an oil change on an Audi. After I was given all of the information for an oil change (cost, type, etc), I confirmed that was what I was looking for and asked to book an appointment. I was then informed that they wouldn’t be able to book because they only book currently for people who have been there before, and since I wasn’t existing clientele they wouldn’t be able to change my oil. She asked me to call back in “not peak season”. When I inquired what peak season was, she said it was typically spring and fall (despite us being in summer now) and to maybe call back in a few months.So if you haven’t been here before, maybe don’t bother trying to use their services since they aren’t helping anyone who hasn’t been there.

Excellent consultation, repair, and fair pricing. We have been using KMC for many years and have always received outstanding service for our vehicles. They listen patiently to understand the issue and get back promptly with a detailed diagnosis and ensure you understand their job plan and pricing. They often went above and beyond to accommodate us in their schedule. I would recommend them 100 percent.

They are honest and always tell you what needs to be done right away and what you can be put off if needed and they are very helpful with questions and concerns.They are also very patient on the phone and don’t make you feel silly if you don’t know what they are telling you.Would definitely recommend.

Best mechanics I've ever had! So honest, so fair, and so helpful! Drew is such a friendly, witty person to chat with when you call in or have questions about anything, and Cliff really takes his work to heart. They were honest with me about the condition my car was in and rather than collecting more money from me for repairs, Cliff was real with me about the actual longevity I could expect with my vehicle and as a result I chose not to keep pouring money into it. I am relocating, but otherwise I'd keep going to KMC for life. Can't say enough how much I appreciate this shop and I recommend them to everyone I know! :D

We have been with KMC for years now and love the relationship we have built with Cliff and Faith. They always make sure we are taken care of with a loaner when available and go the extra mile for the puzzling issues with the vehicle when they come up. They have always been fair with costs and always try to make the repairs as economically affordable as possible. Great people to work with

They are great to take your vehicle to. They don't talk down to you when you don't know about your vehicle. They are reasonable in pricing, and treat you great! The owners are wonderful! First time I didn't feel ripped off by a repair shop!

Cliff and the other automotive technicians did an great job with my car. Repaired brake rotor, pads, boots, and v-belt. Will be using their services for my car from now on.

Always honest. When I needed work it took a few days to get it scheduled. It's good for them to be busy. Fair pricing and I like that they make future recommendations for consideration. Cliff and Faith are very nice people and their shop had been open for quite some time in St. Narberth.
