Easy Peasies
Ordered my first diaper from Easy Peasies 6 days ago, and it showed up after only 3 business days! I bought a pocket diaper in the “chase” pattern, with air mesh lining - this is the first cloth diaper that fits my long and chubby boy comfortably, with great all over stretch and a beautiful print. The lining has a built in double gusset and seems really nice.We’ve only used it once so far, but I’m a fan and excited to see how they work out long term!

I have placed multiple orders from Easy Peasies in the last year and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve ordered. The grow with me pants have survived a whole year of constant wear and I have no doubt that they will last through my second daughter wearing them as well .. my 21 month old daughter has been wearing the same leggings I got when she was 6 months old making them well worth the little bit extra they cost vs. regular pants. I also have a set of nursing pads that I got after my last baby and love them so much more than disposables.I love that this Canadian company is affordable and zero waste! Makes it an easy choice to support!

Customer Service is a JOKE!First order I had an issue with was my fault, I took full responsibility even though had it been another company, it could have been resolved in a better manner.First issue:I accidentally ordered mesh lined instead of fleece for a PreOrder, I emailed within just a couple hours of ordering, then a few days later I sent yet another email because I hadn't gotten a response by the time customer service got back to me my order had ALREADY SHIPPED and they basically told me I was S.O.L. because it was a PreOrder. Alright, fine, I will count that as a loss and will pay EXTRA close attention to make sure I don't make this mistake again. My daughter does not like the feeling of these diapers so I NEVER wanted to order those again.Current issue:As I just stated, I paid EXTRA close attention to my next order, I not only double checked but TRIPLE checked that my order was all fleece lined pocket diapers. I just recieved my order and 1 of the 3 is the mesh, so for a fourth time I checked my order- Nope not my error, THEY sent the wrong one. They never emailed me regarding the swap either, and the correct diaper and liner is still in stock as of now. So they just made an error in packaging.I contact customer service and they say I NEED to return the item, I then explain that I have no way to send the item back in my current situation and that I knew this when ordering which is why I was so careful and triple checked before placing order. They give me horrible options for solutions and refuse to take full responsibility of this mistake and as the customer I feel like I am being punished and will never receive the correct product I paid for. (What a sc@m)Partial refund/store credit is a pointless since in order for me to receive the product I ALREADY paid for I would still have to the difference the partial refund didn't cover, I would rather just throw away my money I already spent than put another cent into this company, no matter how great the company is their customer service is DREADFUL. Not to mention what does customer service even find fitting for partial refund" 25% or less- it wouldn't surprise me if that's what they offered I wouldn't know as they have not responded to my last email.Based solely off customer service this company is just money hungry and doesn't actually care about their customers or the environment since they want to make customer go out of their way to just return a product when they could cut out that unnecessary step (time

Definitely heed the 1-star reviews on this company for their terrible customer service practices. I wish I saw them first before giving Easy Peasies a shot.I had an awful purchasing experience as a first time customer and there were similar elements to the other 1-star review experiences so it looks like a typical pattern of behavior for this business.- They insisted on not sending me all the items I ordered (claimed I didn't order certain inserts for three covers, even though they were right there in the purchase confirmation they sent me, then blamed the unfulfilled order on a webstore glitch that cause insert options to be falsely advertised, then said they couldn’t send me the inserts in my order because the package already shipped but really they kept it for an additional week, and then after shipping the package:- Instead of correcting the order or taking out the disputed covers and issuing a refund before shipping out, they instead swapped out these covers in my order to wrong ones I didn’t order at all, including making a swap to a seconds quality cover where they drew black permanent marker down the back to indicate manufacturing defects (apparently a broken snap)- When I followed their instructions to return the items associated with their handling and webstore errors after confirming in writing SEVERAL times that I would not need to pay return shipping to get my full refund for those items, they then arbitrarily decided to keep some of my money after receiving my return for having to pay the post office to release the package. (They would not issue a return label, instead they told me to open the envelop, retrieve the items I was going to keep, leave the items for return, seal up the envelop, and mail it back as a return to sender package...ok...I did this, they still deducted a yet to be determined amount for the return).Basically I am out the products associated with their own webstore errors and order mishandlings, as well some of the funds I paid for them. Also my time trying to get them to adequately resolve the issue – by either just sending me the actual products I ordered or giving me a full refund. And then they got offended when I raised questions about their business practices haha ergh.If you want to support Canadian businesses in this product space, Lil’Helper and La Petite Ourse are both really well run companies with stellar customer service reputations. If you want to support Canadian manufacturing, AMP cloth diapers are also made domestically, and I believe their ruffle design pre-dates Easy Peasies.If you want to roll the dice with whether you will actually get the specific products you selected or your full money back if the company screws around with your order, then purchase from AliExpress or Easy Peasies!I guess Easy Peasies does this often enough that they have something akin to ‘you may not get the products you paid for nor your money back” in their terms and conditions (something about how they will make arbitrary product swaps at their own discretion and their default is to only concede to store credit while making you cover shipping costs on returns, even if they were the ones responsible for the order problems).

Adorable, high-quality cloth diapers.After a ton of research into the different cloth diaper brands (including buying some samples from other companies), I decided to go with this Canadian company, and I am so glad I did.My son is 10 months old and the diapers are still in fantastic shape. They are easy to wash and the colours/patterns are so fun, and always changing on their website. They also fit better than the other diapers I tried.The customer service is terrific. I ordered my starter kit and was able to select every single diaper's pattern/colour from their catalogue. They also offer free shipping with no minimum order.I have several friends who are about to start having kids and I will be recommending Easy Peasies to them.

I've been ordering a subscription box from Easy Peasies for the past five months. The diapers I've been getting have been great, but the customer service has been absolutely garbage. The first diaper never arrived. They said they would send it several times, but still no diaper, five months later. The subsequent diapers arrived, but no first diaper. I finally gave up and told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They've charged me for October since I've asked them to cancel the subscription. I told them I didn't want the October diaper and they said they can't refund me my subscription money. I've had to escalate the situation through PayPal to get a refund on the first diaper and it's looking like the same for the last one, too. The person I've been talking to has been rude, slow to respond and unhelpful.

I’m so happy I discovered Easy Peasies to begin my cloth diapering journey! I love the Pocket Diapers and I am looking forward to using their swim diapers this summer. Also, the Easy Peasies team on social media is very supportive and available for any questions, which is so nice!

I wish I discovered Easy Peasies before I bought a stash of diapers, because they are truly a birth-potty training diaper and overall amazing!I have since purchased some grow with me style pants and a carseat cover. There was some ongoings with lost/missing orders, and Jessica was absolutely above and beyond in customer service. She did far more than she needed to to resolve things. I felt so cared for as a customer.I will definitely be a return customer and continue to recommend this company to other parents! The fact that everything is made in Canada and still manages to offer fair prices is remarkable too. Honestly, don't even look at other diaper brands.Major thanks to Jessica for her outstanding customer service and top notch products. Until I need to place another order, I'll keep wishing for an excuse to buy more diapers so I can buy these ones.

I love products from Easy Peasies. The apparel is so soft ,and I love how the items will grow with my child. The diapers have cute prints and we have never had a leak with the double gusset.
