They are the absolute best! I dropped my phone And the screenAnd the screen went dead. They were honest and upfront. Told me the screen power button had just disconnected. They reattatched and didn't even charge me!

Brought our phone there for repairs. Picked it up one day later and paid $110. Went home and the phone still didn't work. My husband bought a new phone and went back to the store. Was told they would reimburse the $110 since they didn't even do anything to the original phone. He said he'd pay to have his data from the old phone transferred to the new phone if they still reimbursed the $110. After they transfered his info they said they would not reimburse. So we're out the cost of the new phone and $110 for repairs to the old phone which were never done.

Excellent service and super quick repairs by Bernardo. My ZOOM H6 Audio recorder had been knocked over with the charging cable. The female connector inside the recorder needed to be re-soldered. Bernardo carefully took the device apart, soldered the connection and put it back together. They saved me the time and energy of contacting ZOOM and trying to get it fixed through the manufacturer.

No stars. Took my Google Pixel 4a phone in to be fixed the first week of March. The screen had gone black. I was told I would need a new screen and charging port and it would be ready within the week. A week later still not fixed. After 3 weeks it was ready, so I was told. Picked it up but since it was not charged I could not check to see if it was working. Most reparable companies would have your phone ready to work. Tried to charge it at home but it would not charge. A notice kept coming on the screen that the phone was overheating and should be turned off. Returned it the next day and so started another series of delays ...working on it, waiting for parts etc., I was told. A couple of weeks later received a call that the phone was ready. When I arrived at the store to pick it up there was a new technician and the phone was again not fixed though I was assured it could be fixed. However, it was not to be. It was now the beginning of June and I finally asked for a full refund which I received. My phone was also returned but with no screen nor charge port and I am not sure if there were other parts removed.. I was told the boss said to remove the new parts that they had installed while trying to repair it. Apparently, the old parts had been thrown out. It took 3 months to tell me they could not fix my phone . The picture below shows what was returned to me. After three months I have a phone without it's original parts which makes it impossible to take it to another repair shop for a proper repair.

Dropped in to ask about a problem I had with my phone charging. They took a look, cleaned out the charging port right away and I was out in about 5 minutes... didn't even charge me. Great service, nice folks.
