We went there Feb 18 (Sat) and Feb 19 (Sun)February 18 (Saturday)Me, my boyfriend and a buddy of his at work stopped by there first to check the smartwatches and came back within the day to buy one. As his buddy was too hyped and excited" to show my bf his watch he bought at the same store and took over my place

Went in because the crown on my Fossil watched had fallen off during a class I was teaching – completely my fault. Store clerk said there wasn't a crown that fit my model of watch, but they could replace the watch with an identical model. What wonderful service!

I bought a Gen 5 smartwatch from here, I had an issue with it and came in to get help. Scott, the store manager, was amazing. He helped me out, was super friendly too. I love my new watch!

Came here just to browse and Violet immediately came to my help. She informed me on how engravings work and told me to ask any of their staff to help..Two staff members tried to engrave my chosen necklace (which was very tiny and I was asking for a lot of characters) but unfortunately was unsuccessful. Violet asked me if everything went well but I told her that they haven’t engraved it. She took the matter into her own hands. She informed me that it’d probably only engrave 2-3 characters in which I obliged!I am very happy on how Violet served me and how the engraving looks! Without Violet’s help, I probably would have left the store very disappointed. Thank you Violet!

Really disappointed with my experience at Fossil Chinook, my partner purchased a necklace for me which included a free engraving on the back, however when I went to get it done, the engraving was crooked and misaligned. I was offered a new necklace as a replacement but was refused the service of the engraving on the back as they believed that it would turn out crooked again. Ruined a sentimental piece of jewellery, and won't be purchasing any more products from fossil any longer.

Great service when in store, purchased an item and the manager changed my watch battery for no charge. I thought that was wonderful, however the battery stopped working within three months. Wonder if they are using old/used batteries? My last battery lasted almost two years.
