I went for my first ever full manicure, I thought it looked OK, until my coworker pointed out politely that whoever did it did not do a good job. It wasn’t smoothed out properly so I have ridges and dips in my nails. Also the polish was not properly applied and you can see how it’s not. Couple of nails do not have the polish right to where the edge is. I would definitely not go back here.

Nails not same size, my middle finger looks big and not straight , im not comfy cause he is always mad and rude. i pay extra for the design instead of galaxy like the pinky finger the rest looks like eyes , i have to clean and file them when i get home cause so many xtra acrylic, i went to other salon after a week to change it cause looks horrible with not same size . So the 2nd pic i got it done wth other salon so satisfied , this salon should do better

I wish I had read these reviews before I went here last week. The person doing my nails kept saying my fingers were not relaxed and that she had never seen anything like it before. I'm sorry, are you my physiotherapist??!!She jumped between me and another client without sanitizing in between. This probably added another 30 mins. They had very few workers and so it seems like they are trying to juggle clients. They were rude and abrupt. She added 20 dollars to my service when I asked for something else. After painting the first nail and stamping it, she said, $10 dollar more

The nails are okay the lady said that my hands were too cold and she wouldn't do them unless they were warm enough so I had to put my hands under a light bulb. She also was kind of rude to me. My nails are a little bit uneven and the colour is a little bit lighter than I wanted but I guess I can live with it. This place isn't great but this place isn't horrible. If you want to get a set make sure you ask for the guy that is there because he did my sister's nails and they looked absolutely amazing. The girl who did my nails was very rough with my hands and not gentle at all never asked me if she was too rough and never asked me if she was hurting me. Like I said my nails are okay but they're not really what I wanted but I can deal with it. On the other hand my sister's nails are absolutely amazing. So if you do go to this nail salon ask for the male worker that works there. He did absolutely amazing!!

i got my nails done and showed a reference photo of beautiful lemon nails, what i got what not expected, they didnt have light yellow which was fine i got over it but the lady was so rude and could not do the lemons right. i went for my birthday and strictly wanted an almond shape, but got oval, she was rudely rough with my nails where the filing hurt, the lemons are smudged and i had asked her to fix them several times for they looked nothing like the reference photo. i turned 15 and im going to fix them at home for i feel like i could do much better, even without much experience, i will not be coming here again (i had the lady with red tinted hair)

It was my first time getting acrylics, short oval shaped colourful acrylics. I asked them to do design from Instagram. It was colourful with a few swirls, about 5 different colours though out with a white base colour. They Charged me 5$ for every tiny half q-tip size ounce of polish and it cost 110$ I felt like they were gossiping to each other and the service felt mean from some of the staff. The job wasn’t totally even looking. Some of the girls are nice there for sure though. So if you’re in a pinch it will be okay. My last experience- was this one but I have been there 3-4 times.

I had the worst experience here. Sandra was super rude and rough. my nails were crooked and I asked her to straighten them out a bit she got all mad and started butchering my cuticles. she was very rough and rude and also left gel all over my finger tips and they're so thick. I wont be going back.

I have been seeing jimmy to create my nails and I find him to be very good. Always happy with my nails and he takes a lot of care and time. I don’t like thick acrylic and he makes sure it is thin over my nails.Would recommend…

I love Luv nail salon because the staff is very polite, their price is justified, the place is well-maintained and clean, and they have a large variety of colours to choose from. From the attached pictures, the green cat's eye glaze will forever be my favourite because I was skeptical about the colour but I got so many compliments for it. The reason I've given 4 starts instead of 5 is because the staff doesn't seem to know how to do creative designs and patterns except general ones. But overall I love the place and the cat's eye glaze is my all time favourite collection.

I took my daughter and her 2 friends there for her birthday to get acrylic nails.Very unimpressed, the nail technician was making rude comments to my daughter while doing her nails. She also did not even get them close to what my daughter wantedShe did not listen to my daughters friend when asking to keep the nails a little longerNone of these girls liked them and stated they cannot wait to go elsewhere, this place sucks and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy!!!Trassssssshhhhhhhhh
