Worst buying experience in our 30+ years of real estate experience. Completing sales and working with their teams was extremely difficult and outrageous. Their teams dont know their numbers and when money they have requested is above what they need, they will control what happens with your funds instead of giving you options where to spend it within the deal. Bought multiple units in their Genesis project and it was the hardest deal to complete. Very uncooperative.
