My go to salon! I've gotten highlights, and styled a few times, and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. The prices are great for kelowna, and I have always been satisfied with the service. I’ve finally found my spot to go to when it comes to hair. I highly recommend!

I really love how the all work together and all have happy smiles.I enjoy how they asked me what wanted. really I didn't now a single thing of what I wanted but then she gave me some ideas of what could be good for my hair and I got the most amazing layers I have ever gotten

First time I was in since the change in ownership and I was very impressed how clean and fresh it was. The upgrades are very nice compared to what it was before. The girls are very welcoming and very helpful. My stylist took her time and she did exactley what i asked for and made me feel important and very relaxed. I will be returning with friends and family for sure. I highly recommend trying it out for all u r styling needs.

Had a great experience with Lupita here! She was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and she walked me through some different ideas and then gave me a great cut! Totally worth every penny! I’ve had so many bad experiences other places and this one was so great! Thank you!

I was a walking a 1/2 hr before they closed. Just one stylist there an he was working on another client. Fortunately he agreed to take me. He took his time an made feel totally relaxed. He did not rush at allAn I love how my hair turned out!The lady at reception was fabulous with terrific sense of humor too. Gr8 all a round experience.

Got my hair cut today and asked for a 1 inch trim. I ended up leaving with 4 inches cut and a jaggy uneven haircut as seen in the picture below. When I expressed that I wasn’t happy I was told to pay and take time out of my day the next day to get it fixed, meaning I’d have to take time off work. The hairdresser who cut my hair was Lupita.Update: the owner reached out and did everything they could to make things right. They all were very apologetic and I appreciate them reaching out to me.

Hair dresser did what she thought was best rather than listening to what I actually wanted in terms of both cut and color. Took forever to grow it out an inverted bob afterwards as I had a very small amount of hair at the base. Very uncomfortable experience.
