What an amazing team! Right from when you walk in to the establishment you feel at ease. The staff is very nice, and Dr. Patel is truly amazing with great manners. He tries his best to accommodate and address your concerns. Every-time my husband and I go to him, we leave feeling content, as he's a very thorough doctor. He's super friendly, and cares about all his patients. I even took my parents to see him, and my father had nothing but good things to say about him. Great work Dr. Patel, to you and your team!

My family has been going to Ajax Family Eye Care since they opened in 2015. We have always had a wonderful experience with the doctors and staff. Recently we met Dr. Tieu and we were very impressed by her knowledge, patience and kind demeanor. She’s an excellent optometrist. The digital retinal images were very cool to see and get an understanding of your eye health.I would highly recommend this clinic.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Patel after mypresent optometrist retired. I immediately found Dr. Patel to be a very pleasant person and very knowledgeable.As it turned out I was gifted with Cataracts and they had to be removed. He directed me to an Ophthalmologistand 2 Months later I am a new person. I've worn glasses for the past 36 years and now I don't have to wear them.What a difference it makes when you meet the right people.Five stars are not enough to describe Dr. Patel and I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a good optometrist.Bill Evely

We recently went in for a family check up and Dr. Patel was amazing with our little ones. Our girls are normally very scared and anxious around health care workers but he was able to put them at ease and do all the exercises necessary. He was very patient and also answered all our questions thoroughly. We were impressed by his knowledge and that he helped us understand all our options. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

Terrible service! I've been in a few opticals over the years:Pearl Vision Pickering, Whitby Optical, Westney Optical, Simcoe Optical, and J Vision Optical (North York)This is the first time I've been looked at like an inconvenient nuisance. Staff looked forced to work, and clearly didn't wanna be bothered.Folks! I'll say this once, bring your business somewhere else.

Dr Patel is amazing. My children love coming in to see him. They are normally anxious when they have to go in for medical appointments but Dr Patel is so soft spoken and gentle with them that they love to go in. Staff are very professional and helpful extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend. was quite nervous, Dr. Nelly Tieu was amazing, she really knows what she's doing. totally put me at ease, walked me through and explained each step. I was amazed by her knowledge and professionalism. Also great customer service and very friendly.
