El Nino Carpet and Flooring

Michelle in the office helped us pick out carpet options, the installers Roy and David did a great job replacing the carpeting on 2 stair cases. A very good experience from start to finish!

I recently had new vinyl and carpet installed in my home. The installers and ladies at the showroom were friendly and it looks lovely. I was concerned as I am older and with the concerns around COVID but the team was very considerate about scheduling when I was out of the house.Overall it was a great experience & I would recommend this company!

I would highly recommend El nino for your carpet needs. We got our stairs carpeted for a reasonable price, and the guys who did it did an amazing job. Good customer service as well! Keep up the good work.

I would NOT recommend this flooring company to install flooring on stairs. We had the installer out three times to fix basic items (marker on the floor where he cut the pieces, caulking missing between gaps, pieces of carpet still on the stairs, large gaps where you could still see the floorboard). There was no attention to detail as nothing was level or connected correctly. Just an FYI you have to paint the trim that they install. They recommend a painter who again did a sub-par job as there was paint left on the new floor and every nail you could still see the wood filler (I would NOT use the painter they recommend). At the end of it we just gave up and fixed the issues ourselves (what we could - the stairs should be ripped out and redone).

I recently (today!!) had my basement flooring and staircase redone. The entire experience with El Nino has been seamless. From the initial measurements to installation, everything went smooth. Thanks Michelle for coming out for the measurements and for coordinating everything and thanks to Moe and team for the hassle free install.

Even one star is too much for this place. Visited this location on Saturday April 29th looking to get two rooms and a stairwell installed with carpet. The young lady in the showroom was very nice, accommodating and bubbly. She set up an appointment to have someone come out to my house the following Monday for measurements. The appointment was for 4:15. Approximately 45 minutes later I called to ask what was happening because no one had arrived at my place so the girl said they were running late and would show up at 6-6:15pm. I waited, no one showed. I called this store the next morning, left a message and have yet to hear from anyone there. HORRIBLE way to do business. I went to End Of The Roll Flooring at 1510 N. Service Rd Burlington. They came out the next day to measure, emailed me a quote the same day and called me to follow up. 3 days later they installed the carpet in my house. From sales to installation the experience was excellent. Friendly and educated sales staff provided recommendations and quick quote. The install team did a great job, they were quick and left the area very clean. I would recommend El Nino for all your flooring needs.

They did an awesome job and were accommodating as we were trying to get carpet during the pandemic. The whole crew (Rachel, Christian, Emily and the guys who installed the carpet) were really professional and polite and also so very patient with me and my choices. The quote I got from them was the best compared to other companies with the exact carpet style. I'm so glad I went with this one on my stairs as it gave the look I was hoping to achieve. The carpet itself appears ligher than the photos but I also like now that the carpet adds the feeling of warmth and coziness! Thanks guys!

Im a GC and contracted El Niño to do the carpeted stairs in a commercial unit I’m working on. The sales team was great to deal with, provided me samples as needed. Quick and efficient on quoting. Pricing was on point.The installer, Roy and his Trainee showed up on time and worked very quickly and provided a quality installation. No complaints, just admiration on the work ethic coming from another hard working individual.We will be doing business for years to come. Great job!
