Edit:Editing my original review. Yes my last experience wasn't the best, but after talking with Todd on the phone afterwards we were able to work things out and make things right. Todd explained everything to me and promised in the future they would always make a phone call to me before doing any kind of work, and he apologized for doing things that weren't pre-authorized no matter how big or small it was.I really appreciate Todd's ambition and dedication to make things right and to clear the air which is what you want to see in a business whether the issue was big or small. After my 17 years in retail experience i can tell you that what Todd did after is definitely what you want to see.I will be returning to Todd's in the future because of the good character he showed to me on the phone.

Todd and his crew have awesome customer service and know what they are doing! They took my car in so quickly and repaired it within a short few hours! I appreciate their quick and professional work! I will continue to use them moving forward! They are so great!

Todd's Automotive is the best garage in my opinion, my vehicle has never ran better since I have been using their services. I appreciate that the owner will check up with me on how my vehicle has ran since my last visit. That speaks volumes and I never fear anymore when something with my vehicle does go wrong because Todd is easy to talk to and I am able to explain the problem and he is honest with me on what I will need to fix any issue. I cannot explain my appreciation in words for Todd's Automotive the entire crew is amazing and I will be a life long customer.

Excellent customer service, got the job done right! Had all sorts of stuff wrong with my 14 year old VW. Todd, Cheryl, and the Team took great care of me over the course of a few visits. They accommodated my busy schedule and wouldn’t even let me pay until everything was done. Best in town.

Have brought a few vehicles here for farm fleets I look after as well as some overflow from my own shop/ lot.Have also brought a couple here to have diagnosed when we were at a loss for what the issue was. I personally know a couple of their mechanics as well and they are top notch. Also very good for computer diagnostics and programming and stuff requiring tech2. Have always been honest and fair.

Amazing experience taking my vehicle to Todd! My regular mechanic was unable to work on my car due to not having the right equipment and I was referred to Todd's Auto and was not disappointed. Todd provided updates at all stages of diagnosis and explained the issue in a way that someone who wasnt that familiar with cars could understand. My issue was covered under warranty and Todd took the time to contact the dealership to dsecribe the issue and confirm that it was covered. Excellent service and very fair price! Would highly recommend Todd's Auto!

They've alway been great whether in emergency situations or where i've just needed minor things fixed. They do everything very quick and efficient knowing you need your vehicle back soon while doing the job right, and having very low prices on top of everything. Super friendly staff makes the whole experience so much better and stress free. 10/10 would recommend!
