Hours are terrible if you work. Booked it from Orillia to get there before 1 on Sat and note on door says appt only......Might be nice if updated website. Called number on website, the phone wont transfer anywhere to leave message. Guess they dont need sales. Waste of my time.

Arrived to find locked doors at noon. Website says open till 1. Drove here from an hour away. Complete waste of my time and gas.

They deserve zero stars because this store appearently specializes in wasting people's time. I called on Tuesday to inquire about some parts for my shower. I was assured that I would receive an email that day with some options. When I didn't receive an email, I called on Wednesday to follow-up and was assured that someone would call me back after lunch. When I again didn't hear back, I called on Friday and was told You should call back." by the person on the phone. I also tried to call after hours and leave a message

My experience with Atlantis bath centre was a positive one. The showroom is well maintained and shows beautifully. There is plenty of selection and the staff is always helpful and attentive. My experience with Stephen was great. Stephen was pleasant, Knowledgeable and lead me right to the perfect sink faucet and toilet to bring my outdated main washroom to life. I would recommend Atlantis bath centre for all your plumbing needs.Thanks Atlantis bath centre.. I’ll be back again soon for the next project.
