Tri City Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Been going here for years to see Andrew. He’s wonderful, very friendly and helpful. He’s always able to diagnose my issues and find a plan to resolve them. Appointments are always I time. Their front desk team is great and very welcoming. I’ve also seen Santosh and he’s been great as well. They take great care of me!

I had my first appt with Andrew in October 2021 and I finished seeing him in March. In that 6 months, he helped me with my shoulder immensely. The exercises, pain relief treatments and his mannerisms, made me feel so welcome. He always entered the room with a friendly greeting and made every appt positive. The front staff were always so friendly and greeted me every time I came in. Totally recommend.

Life gave me a turn when on vacation I injured my back. Tri-city performed new techniques (to me) to rid me of Sciatic nerve pain so I could move again. The staff work great together and I enjoyed going to my weekly sessions. Later I started the massage sessions. Very knowledgeable staff, and the owners are compassionate and listen to every concern to ensure, the treatment was correct for me. Highly recommend for anyone who is experiencing pain or just need a relaxing massage. 5stars

I have been attending this physiotherapy clinic for some time now, and the service has always been impeccable. The staff are friendly and personable, I am always welcomed with a smile. My treatment has been tailored for me and my needs, and has been the only relief I have had throughout my journey. Sanja's knowledge and expertise is impressive, she carefully assesses before she treats, making my journey much easier for me. I started coming here for a knee problem and saw Andrew. He was extremely professional, funny and made my appointments enjoyable. My knee problem is gone now. I've been back to see Santosh now for constant headaches and dizziness. I haven't seen him for a while just because life gets busy (I'll be back!), but he is also amazing at what he does. He is very smart and knowledgeable. He is caring and very helpful. I highly recommend Tri City Physio. The office staff are also fantastic and are always so helpful. :) If you're looking for an awesome physiotherapy clinic, this is the one!

I got treated for my shoulder pain, my pain started easing off after first sitting. Staff is good and physiotherapist is very knowledgeable professional. Santosh especially is one of the best therapist.Thank You staff for the help

I've now been there for almost 4 years and Andrew and Jeff are still the best physiotherapist and RMT that I've ever had. They have patiently worked with me through different issues and keep encouraging me to get stronger. There is always a lot of laughter in our sessions (which is very important!!).The assistants are always so cheerful and sweet and it just makes everyone so happy to be there. It really makes such a difference when you are greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello.From 2 years ago... Andrew is seriously the BEST physiotherapist I have ever had. Super friendly and dedicated, always working hard to make sure that I am doing what is best for healing (researching different braces or recommending getting X-rays, ultrasounds and MRI from my family doc to check healing progress).Jeff is an amazing RMT. His fingers just know where the trigger spots are and he works them, knowing just how much you can take. I have been seeing him for over 2 years for lymphatic drainage issues after radiation for breast cancer and he is gentle and professional and I feel totally comfortable with him. He gets me in quickly when an episode starts and helps me work through the physical pain (and tears).All the other staff is always cheerful and so friendly and helpful. I recommend Tri City to my family and friends. I am so thankful for all of you and the work that you are able to do but also the care that you take for your patients.
