Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These guys were professional and fast. I had no issues picking up my Chevy Malibu which we hired for a 10 day trip across Canada, dropping it off in Halifax NS. A seamless process, we will definitely use Enterprise again.

I was greeted by a manager there. I think his name was yassine. He was very professional and took time with us to choose the right car for our trip. We still have the car and will go there for our future rentals.

I rented a brand new convertible Ford Mustang at a great price! I enjoyed receiving an excellent customer service.

Incredible wonderful service here  ,I rented a very new brand car Ford hybrid 2020.the car is super clean and smell fragrant ,their service is impeccable  ,especially the employee Rafek helped me  from the day he picked me up(from the garage cause my car was accidently damaged)He took his time guide me and explain to me . I am feeling very warmly welcome  .Even during the rented period , I have some problems with my old car. I called him , he gave me good advice ,and thought of my place instead . Good, bilingual service, and cheaper than renting from the airport. Employees always make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle before you take it off the lot. They offer a complementary pick up/drop off service within a few kilometers, if you request it 24 hours in advance.

I have to comment something! I was surprised for their friendly services after dealing with other car rental companies for years. First they let me choose which car I would like to rent (of course the with the same price), and one of the stuff actually walked out of the office and checked the car with me together; I received a called the next day asking if everything is okay; the day I returned the car I received an other call asking if I was happy with the services, biensur ouais!

Horrible experience. I booked a reservation over the phone that told me I could pay with a debit card. Paid a 60$ taxi to get there to be told that I can't pay with a debit card on weekends because only the manager could do it. No way for the employees to call manager and get access codes to get it done. Needless to say it's going to cost me another 60$ to go home empty handed. Made me waste a whole bunch of time, money and patience. Thank you very much Enterprise. I promise I will never do business with you guys anymore.

A super nice professional service, the price are great the car super clean employees well dressed and organized , it is a small place but they have a big heart fit everyone.They help you and guide you to what’s best for you, they take time with servicing the client they have all kind of cars it depends on your needs.

The car they gave me was better than expected, and the price was reasonable. The guys working there are very friendly and efficient, so it's as easy as buying a loaf of bread. I was able to easily extend my reservation. Highly recommend.

Ok where do I even begin with these beautiful people? I came in no phone battery, with my car having just been towed after overheating completely despite being brand new, I was very dehydrated and emotionnal after waiting 2 hours for the towing and the towing leaving me on the side of the road because Covid means towings leave ladies on the side of the road without notice.So i took a cab to enterprise, upset and sunburnt.I came out 10 minutes later with a charged phone, a sparkling water offered by the manager, and a tremendous dose of empathy and positive vibes. They completely took charge and went way further than regular customer service, showed such beautiful humanity, and genuine concern for me, a very distressed human.I'll never thank you guys again. I'm home safe now.
