Kim's Sewing & Alterations

Meh. Not impressed. Had 3 simple name tapes done. The stitching isn't straight. Name tapes are not aligned. Expensive.

We brought in my daughter's formal high low dress to have the top took in. Kim is the Sweetest, nicest lady. She did a wonderful job and was very timely. For sure, would go back for all our alteration needs.

Just moving to Montana and planning a wedding that's in Florida is not easy! Kim was so amazing to work with! The work she did on my wedding dress was so nice! She is reasonably priced to! Would recommend to anyone!

Nice people but they messed up on ours. And didnt even offer to pay me back for the brand new blue shirt or the stripes we took there, and didnt give me back cause they couldnt find it...

I had a suit jacket tailored on the sleeves. I was not impressed and the fabric inside was hanging to where it kept getting caught on my hands. Plus it was $25. I thought that was pretty pricy.

Kim stayed late and got me in the day that I called her. She turned around my bridesmaid dress quickly and did a great job!

I was charged $90 to hem 3 inches off my dress. I am not sure what “good deals” people have gotten here because I was absolutely ripped off. I was also told the alteration would likely be $60 as there was barely any fabric and it was a single layer. Very disappointed.

Customers BEWARE. I requested 4 Velcro nametags and was given a receipt for $40. A week goes by and I go to pick up my tags and out of nowhere the owner states that it's $75 dollars. I ended up going to base alterations who only charged me $21 (took about a week as well).

Kim was so kind. She saved me so much money. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service. She put her customer's needs first. Outstanding.

Brought in a military mess dress top to have altered. She charged me $90 upfront before doing anything and included the dry cleaning. Claimed one week. The next week I show up and it wasn’t touched and they forgot who I was. The next week I showed up and all of the stitching had been undone for the alteration but not sewn back together, she said one more week. The next week I show up and it’s too tight, she said I need a bigger size, so I bought a brand new one online. Two weeks later I took it to her and dropped it off after they had my try it on and got their measurements, they said one more week and it’d be ready. The next week I show back up and the cuffs on the sleeve touch my knuckles, so I asked them to alter that to fit me. The next week they said it’s done, come get it so I do and it wasn’t dry cleaned. I took it to the dry cleaners and they just called me back and said that the cuffs were hand stitched and all came out, not to mention one of the stripes was sewn on very crooked. Worst alteration shack in the state, hands down….stay away.
