Our experience with 3% Realty overall was pretty good.We worked with Jeff Hobbs to buy and sell and the process although quite stressful, ended well on both sides. Since this was our first buying and selling experience we were unsure how the process was supposed to go and sometimes felt Jeff could have explained things further and communicated and responded in a more timely manner. However, overall he was great to work with and we are now living happily in our dream home thanks to him! Since he was also quite new to the area and understood our buying needs we appreciated his first hand experience and honesty about properties and neighborhoods were looking at.Hopefully we don't have to move again for awhile, but if we do we will contact Jeff in the future to help us find our next home!
