Ended up with a flat tire on our way to BC. Our situation was looking grim as no one in Edson had our tire size nor offered solutions. Kaltire Edson went out of their way to accommodate us and bring tires in from Edmonton and had them installed the same day. Very grateful to the guys (who were all very friendly and accommodating). Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Wow blew a trailer tire on the 5th wheel, with in 30 minutes new tire on bill paid and on the road...I can not recommend these guys enough. Some of the best service ever!!!

My boyfriend and I were driving through Edson when we discovered a piece of metal had punctured his tire. Luckily, we had just driven by Kal Tire. There are many tire places in town but we picked the right one. I wish I could remember her name, but the lovely lady the front desk came out to assess whether the tire was patchable, and then the crew got to work to see if they could salvage it. Sure enough, they could! The great customer service established an immediate trust and we knew that they were looking out for our best interest (instead of just forcing us to buy a new tire). Within 45 minutes of discovering the flat, we were back on the road with a patched tire free of charge. If you're looking to deal with knowledgeable, experienced, and honest people in the tire industry, go pay Kal Tire in Edson a visit!

They were vary helpfully and kind and they were fast to give me an approval. The customer service representative didn't try to sell me tires I didn't won't i told him what I needed and wonted and only showed me tires that had relevance!

Great service! Came in as a first time customer needing a wheel balance, in very short time ahead of schedule they did the balancing and didn't even charge me for it. I will definitely be coming back for any future tire needs!

Despite being incredibly busy and running behind with the phone going and a revolving door of people asking for tire fixes and retorquing, staff were friendly and polite as always. Even with limited access to stock because of the BC storm, they were thorough and patient in presenting options. I had no issue waiting longer than my quoted estimated time but when I went to pay they were very apologetic and appreciative. I've never left this branch feeling ripped off or unrespected, and their phone and in person customer service is always exceptional :)
