I had my car fixed here when I got into an accident last October, and Maureen was so knowledgeable and friendly, I felt safe knowing that I made the right choice in choosing this place. As a woman, it's very easy to feel insecure about going to mechanic to get your car fixed worried that mechanics might take advantage of you but I did not feel that way whatsoever at this place. Excellent service, and I got my car as good as new! I highly recommend this place if you care about customer service and meticulous job :)

John was super friendly and incredibly helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix our back gate in under 30 minutes, explained everything and saved us a ton of money. It was amazing and we would highly recommend!

Worst experience. I Went to show my car to get quote for scratch on passenger door and a tiny dent between back door n roof. Only verbal quote was given- small scratch $750 and for dent around $3500.I show same car to other 2 body shops and both gave me written quote under $1000. Getting done from other guys. Be careful this shop charge you more. If its on insurance claim than ok but still big claim amount and when u resale ur car it shows.

Caught a flying bolt on the highway that damaged the roof of my brand new Miata ND. Colorworks did a fantastic job with the repair and I couldn't be happier. Quick turn around and perfectly matched panel to the rest of the car.I'm very picky with the vendors I allow to work on my vehicles and I would highly recommend the good folks at Colorworks.

I broke my side view mirror and John was so helpful and welcoming and finished the job very quickly (in less than 20 minutes) my car looks brand new !!! Karla the secretary was very nice as well. I recommend color works to anyone you won’t be disappointed!

This review is way overdue… the customer service was top notch. Honestly, I’m not sure we’ve ever dealt with a business that went so above and beyond our expectations and that was just dealing with Maureen. The lengths she went to get us the best replacement hood and then the workmanship on our van was equally matched with the same quality service! You wouldn’t even know there had been any work done on our new van because it looked as good as new. Thanks so much! Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.

The worst customer service ever. Maureen is the most passive-aggressive person i have ever seen. I brought my car in for paint job, they fixed that but left other paint chips on my car. The very next day when i called them, she straight away refused without even looking what the damages were. I went to the shop, she admitted that the damages were fresh and yet refuses to acknowledge it was done by them. They charged me higher than initially quoted price, and then I get my car back with damages, just to spend the same money again with someone else. If you want to keep your cars safe, never go there.EDIT- On the phone the quote was 500 everything included, which became 550+tax= 621 by the time I paid.

I have dealt with Colorworks on several occasions and every experience has been superb. The courteous and extremely professional staff produced results that are beyond my expectations. Included with my recent repairs the staff cleaned the interior of my vehicle. Although my car is 12 years old it looks like a new vehicle. It even seems to drive better. I am extremely satisfied with this business.
