Didn’t appreciate the discrimination to check our ‘citenzenship’ status. Amir Baksharia had maybe a good house for a rent deal in Markham however we will never want to deal with people like this.I understand his anger to have bad past experience but it doesn’t mean it would have been our case.We are a couple and YES we were renting a full house!! Why not? We are already renting a full house and wanted more space. What’s wrong with it? Why questioning me on the reason and being suspicious? If we can afford it why not?Unbelievable call interaction with this broker. Too intrusive with personal questions. Shouldn’t be more than checking the credit score, employment situation.To make sure that we are citizen? Is it legal this kind of questions? He clearly said ‘we don’t want to rent to people on student permits or work permits’. I felt very bad for them as they may be in a very good situation. Do not want to never have to deal with this kind of people.Please ensure that your real estate agents respect the Ontario Human Rights Code.

This review is about Amir BaxariI just had a call with Amir Baxaria.. I was looking for renting a place and I called him to get more information. I know that's normal to ask questions but he asked questions that were not relevant and too intrusive.I told him my parent are going to visit us shortly and he asked can you tell me where they come from?" and when I asked that how this is relevant to rent this place
