DR Mower Parts

I bought two spark plugs for a Briggs&Stratton snowblower. DR Mower delivered the two parts according to my order placed on their website. I live in the Ottawa area , in Ontario. The funny thing is that I previosly attempted to order the same part, twice, from the big online retailer, Amazon, this spring. Amazon failed to deliver the part each time when I ordered it.In conclusion, DR Mower did a great job! Very reliable and will order again if I will need parts for my power equipment in the near future! I am definitely recommending.

I had struggled for a week trying to get parts for my Poulin Pro 30 Snowblower between Christmas and New Years. Everyone closed. I contacted DR Mower because they showed stock on their Website. All I can say is Wow! They had a Bushing

I ordered a small part from ontario Canada online… kept getting a zip code error so order wouldn’t go through.Emailed customer service and they got back to me next day and processed the order .Legit company that I think cares. Maybe should a glitch in there online system that day…. I give them a 4.5 stars but would give a 5 if they didn’t have a glitch in there online system

Great selection of parts at a great price. I got some springs and a air filter for my Briggs mower. They had everything I needed and picked it up next day. They were wonderful to email and speak with. For such a small sale they really made me feel important. Great family feel from the business. Get your parts from these folks.

Had the part I needed and even when I couldn't make it in there allowed hours of work they put it in a drop box so I could get it after at my earliest convenience

My first oder from Dr. Mower was super fast and easy. They gave me help over the phone trying to I.D. the part I needed. Unfortunately, there were 2 versions of the part. We chose one. It arrived in 2 or 3 days! From Calgary to Vancouver! Sadly, we chose the wrong version.... so they created a return shipping for me to send the part back and sent the proper one. THIS time Canada Post messed up and have lost track of the parcel.. for the last 3 plus weeks! Again Dr. Mower is doing all they can to help and are sending me another part saying that we can sort it out when Canada post figures out whether they have lost the parcel or not. I think this is above and beyond what most companies would do! They deserve MORE than 5 stars.

Had to order a part for an old Craftsman riding mower, which they had in stock, shipped from Calgary to Montreal in two days, tractor back up and running. Very good experience and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Dr mower’s customer service rep was excellent. They easily located the parts I needed for my 26 year old craftsman lawn tractor and shipped them out next day. Parts arrived quickly and were a perfect fit for my machine.

I was so impressed by this company. Most online small parts are out of Ontario or the states. This one is right in Alberta.I received my parts in the mail 2 days after I ordered it; and the price was better than Amazon! I am definitely going to use this company again.
