I had my wedding ring re-sized (one size smaller) by Jorge. He had been recommended to us by another jeweller in town, since the level of difficulty (design and type of stones in combination with the metal) needed a special level of expertise. In fact, all the jewellers in town (5 different places) turned us down, saying that it can't be done. Well, I am happy to say that it can be done. Jorge did a very fine job. Fantastic! The ring is fortified, and a perfect fit. J. Real Jewellers can be highly recommended. The service is excellent, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you very much!

I recently had Jorge redesign a ring for my husband. The original ring was my husband’s father’s and was a very treasured piece. Jorge also incorporated a few other pieces of my jewelry that have been tucked away in a drawer for WAY too long. Together we created and designed a completely new ring.The results are outstanding! My husband couldn’t be happier. The new ring still has the sentimental value as the original and will be treasured by my husband and hopefully when it’s handed down to the next generation too. I bought a bracelet for my spouses birthday and 2 weeks later she was putting her coat on and snagged it on the sleeve and broke it. I took it back to Jorge to be repaired. I picked it up today and he tells me there is no charge, he had repaired it for FREE!!!! Now that is superior service and shows me that he appreciates my business and takes pride in his work. It was no fault of his that it broke and I fully expected to pay for the repair. I will buy from Jorge again, very friendly and after an experience like that I know I am cared for and appreciated as a customer something so rare today. Great service!!!!

The jeweller here did a repair for my son on the spot for his girlfriend's necklace. He was in town for a wedding and only had a finite amount of time. And they did a great job for a reasonable price.

Jorge designed my engagement ring along with my fiancee and it is beautiful and timeless. I have received so many compliments on it and the design resembles my personality and style so well!
