Pharmasave literally saved the day after the whirlwind I was put through by my doctor's office and shoppers drug mart. Not only were they understanding and kind but also accommodating and took charge after I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone. They filled my prescription within 20 mins (shoppers would take several hours) and also corrected the mistake my doctor had made on my prescription.10/10 would recommend you go here, they value their customers and go above and beyond.

You want people who know what they are doing when you are choosing a pharmacy, and Pharmasave in Summerland provides just that. I've been dealing with Pharmasave Summerland for just short of 32 years, and have never had a bad experience. My dealings are mostly with the pharmacy, and everyone there is excellent. Not only do you get personalized service, but any questions you have, regarding medication, (prescription or OTC) they will go out of their way to answer or explain. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

Pharmasave gets this bad review because the employees that run the Canada Post counter don't work for Canada Post they are employees of pharmasave.Employees are absolute garbage. Rude condescending sneering argumentative and in every way unpleasant. You might have to deal with these people due to the contract with Canada Post but don't spend one thin dime of your money at pharmasave. They're the ones who employ these people. They're the ones who should suffer financial losses because of terrible customer service.I'll never understand people who deliver such bad customer service in a small town.
