Worst branch and bank I've ever dealt with , tried calling for two days to book an appointment with no answer. Went into the branch and was told I can't book the appointment for my father unless he was there in person with his driver license.... What a joke..

The ABN kiosk is not open after 6 pm. I am assuming because of the large issue with excessive homeless people in the area. It is pretty bad when you can’t access your money in your bank after 6pm

My card has been held by the ATM at this brunch. Both ATMs Don't work, they say they are open on Saturdays but that's not the case. And on top of it all.... calling the bank, they forward you to a voicemail. No help! It's these little details that honestly should matter but are instead taken for granted.

Tried to do my banking and both Kiosks were smashed in. Also tried to report it but I'm not waiting an hour on hold to speak to a representative. I posted the pic here. Please be careful as there is glass everywhere
