They have more etc stuff than actual video games. It's interesting but it's really a change in the direction in Eb games. They still have video games but it doesn't seem to be the emphasis anymore

Not a bad place to buy games and figures. I was expecting to get ripped off because they are located in a big mall but I was pleasantly surprised. Very competitive.

This store needs to review how their staff speak to customers. I found Michelle to be both rude and patronising. Plenty of competitors in the mall, will be shopping with them in future.

Don't pre order anything if you can't pick it up within a week, they'll put it back out on the floor without even telling you. Kinda defeats the purpose of pre ordering, you know?

There is so much pop-culture that it is fun just to look.

Staff are super cool, if you're interested in a new game, or just checking out something you've played before, they engage in great conversation regarding the interest. Definitely know what they're talking about. Funko pops are a good price too. You can resell used games here for other people to buy at a lower price. Cute figures and plushies, good video game and game console selection

I love Gamestop. Did I want to buy a $80 charger from Apple? No. So I went to Gamestop for the help and they had what I was looking for.They have a customer facing computer for you to look up things and I thought that was a great idea! I also appreicate how it's literally a stones throw from the Apple store.I didn't literally throw a stone to gauge the distance because my days of being a rowdy youth and throwing stones in a shopping mall are over. And I'm glad they are as I couldn't imagine where I would find a stone in Bayshore to begin with. However if I was a rowdy youth and I did throw a stone in the shopping mall I would like to believe that I would have the ability to own up to it and accept the consequences for my actions whether that's a bit of community service or something more serious like a short stay at a juvenile correction center over the weekend. Personally, I would take the community service.Basically what I'm saying is that Gamestop was a good time and don't actually throw stones in a shopping mall.

Visited location on 3/19/22. Robin was extremely helpful. I bought a Nintendo Switch console. She suggested the screen protector and warranty on the controller. I wouldn't have thought of purchasing those Good investments. Great job of helping a customer and knowing your products.

I'm sad to say that this place is not what it once was. The old store manager Craig is gone now along with most of the old staff that made this place a great place to shop. In their place are employees who seem rude and dismissive for whatever the reason. On my last visit 01/04/23 the place was super busy with one employee manning the cash while the store manager stood there.This employee takes off to serve someone else after he finishes with the customer ahead of you in line and after fiddling with something behind the drawer while you wait without even acknowledging you were there waiting. I get that the place was busy but a simple Hi there how are you? Just wait a moment while I go do something else"

Went today with my boyfriend to exchange a ps5 remote under warranty. We had some troubles finding proof of warranty and Ameer that was working today handled it amazingly. The customer service we received was top tier. Very happy, thank you Ameer!!
