Storage Mart in Airdrie is perfect. Storing my 26 ft trailer there. Secure easy access. Close to home and the monthly rate is very reasonable.

We have only rented for a couple of months but already they have proven themselves as being very efficient. We left the door of the unit closed but not totally locked and they notified us right away so we could rectify the situation. We are very impressed with their service and attention to detail and highly recommend their facility.

Amazing customer service and easy doing business. I had a tough situation and needed to return my unit days after renting because we made an offer on a new house faster than expected. They made it so simple to refund my monthly payment and were so friendly and efficient. Such a good experience. We will use them if needed in the future. :)

I've been using this Storage unit since a passing in the family, and an immediate need to downsize and move. I needed quite a bit of space and the prices at some competitors were astonishing, over $600 for 10x20 and even over $300 for 10x10. The prices here are very reasonable, and Brock is amazing, he made starting out super easy, and has made a difficult time a little easier. I unfortunately got a North facing unit, so now that the snow/ice is melting, my unit door is completely frozen shut with over an inch of pure ice. 2 times I've driven over an hour and unable to access my stuff, my shovel and washer fluid just didn't cut it. I called before I drove all that way, and asked if they'd be able to clear it so my door would open, thankfully Brock answered and without any hesitation said he'd take care of it. Great customer service and secure site, very pleased.

Rented the perfect storage unit with friendly professional help from Brock. The paper work" was explained and completed quickly in the well stocked office. The grounds surrounding the storage buildings were tidy and the unit itself was spotless. We are very pleased to have been able to rent here."

Mostly really good. The people in the office were definitely on top of things and extremely helpful. There was a break-in when I was there, but they informed me immediately and were prompt in dealing with it. It's a bit out of the way, but it's clean and well managed.

Last week I reached out with some questions about a storage unit and got basically an immediate response with all the information, I was able to get set up online that day and logged into the portal. On the Saturday, I went into the office to check in and get all set up with my locker and Brock was so welcoming and helpful. He showed me to my unit, helped me troubleshoot some basic things if I had any issues, and throughly explained the site. I left feeling confident and happy with my decision to rent a storage unit there. Thank you for all your help! If you’re looking for storage I cannot recommend these guys enough!

All of my questions and concerns were put to rest by Brock, who is very helpful. This was reduced to a cakewalk for me; a painless experience. I would absolutely recommend their services!

Super clean, very professional and great to deal with. No hassle, and happy to help out. I use them for all my storage needs 100%. Tons of space to maneuver big vehicles through no problem as well!

Super Easy to check in and get set up. All the people we spoke with from the lady on the phone who booked out unit to the manager who helped us set up and use the unit have been incredibly friendly and helpful!They have a large facility that you can access outside of business hours. You are given a special code to access the gate so the whole place felt very secure. The unit was very clean and easy to use! 10/10 would recommend this Storage mart location if you need a storage locker.
