Dropped off unit for problem, got it fixed at first time correctly

Hi Harkamal,Your secretary called me some time back & told me that you would do the right thing and refund me back my money. She also requested that I remove my Review of your business practices, (like charging me two times + labour costs), for bad parts, (DEF PUMP), that you yourself purchased from Freightliner in Mississauga. You said Freightliner takes 3 months to pay you back for bad parts. That was 6 months ago!!I told your secretary that I will take down my review as soon as you refund my money to my credit card that I paid you with.She told she would confirm with you & call me back.But I have still not heard from you or your secretary as yet.
