I called them three weeks ago for freezer repair. They said they would call me back in a few days when the part came in. I called them back two weeks later and they just didn't bother calling me back, the part had been there for a week. They agreed to come out next Friday, on Thursday they called and cancelled. My wife mentioned that we had a insurance claim and we just needed to keep the old part to send pictures. They said they did not have time to deal with that and abruptly cancelled. It was never going to be billed through insurance I was planning on paying. The claim is on a floor that took water damage.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional. I called on Tuesday and described the problem. He gave me a window of time he was going to show up on Friday (today) and he arrived in that time frame, with parts. My dryer is fixed and it was a completely painless experience. He showed up with his respiratory on and followed appropriate social distancing protocols.

I had Joe out to fix my washing machine a few weeks back and it has been working like a charm since! He showed up within the arranged time period, was extremely efficient and professional, and their rate was very reasonable. Will definitely call this family business again! Found out later that my parents have called them several times over the years and have always had great experiences.
