Very poor response time. Will never call back on the time given.

All I can say is WOW!!! Thank you so much to the amazing crew who helped us with the installation of soil to our garden beds! Super impressed with the quality of the product and not to mention the team who came by even moved our potted plants out of the way so the soil could be installed properly (which they should not have had to do - but clearly I forgot to do) so really appreciated the help! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with a larger volume of soil or bark mulch! Great company! 10/10!

If you go there and to buy the product you do get a lot, but I stopped going there because the loader guy is a complete a hole. I would rather pay more for less than be disrespected time and time again for the color of my skin. This place lost a lot of business for that clowns attitude.

Awesome service recently at our condo for some soil amender installation on our green roof and plant beds. Their attention to detail didn't go unnoticed.

I work for Pacific bark Blowers. They are good company. They do anything with bark mulch soil

The work was completed but all they had to do was fill in a huge hole in my yard. The customer service aspect was terrible. I was told in the morning they were coming for 730 and arrived between 750 and 8. When they left I never got a knock on my door or acknowledged they were finished until I saw the truck pull away. I worked from home and when I was done I noticed my gate had been left open either they didn't close it or didn't make sure it was closed. I have small kids and a small dog and would have been worried if I let them out without noticing. When I called to speak with someone I felt like I got the brush off. For the almost $3000 I spent on the hour of work performed today I would expect better customer service. If this was a product I could return I would.

Met Keith the foremen on site the moment they started Blowing the mulch in at the residential home. Keith was pleasent to deal with and very professional. The billing department at the headquarters was also pleasent dealing with.
