My husband and I needed to drive to NYC for a funeral and Mr. Ali was the employee who assisted us in our rental. His customer service skills are amazing. He’s very courteous, polite, and funny as well. We rent cars pretty often but usually deal with enterprise. However, since the customer service was so great we will be choosing this company from now on. Thanks Ali! You’re awesome. Every company should have a great employee like you.

Great customer service. Although, it's important to note that if you prepay for your entire rental online before you go to pick up your car, the entire amount is non-refundable, even if you return the car ahead of time.

Thank you so much! Best car rental ever, I will definitely come back! Some dude smashed into the Audi I rented even before leaving for my trip. They were able to give me an exchange car on the same day. Thanks to Ali for helping me out and making me feel less stressed about the situation! :)
