Just had a great experience with the guys at Brafasco! I needed some non-corosive machine screws for my windsurfing equipment. Couldn't find them anywhere. The Brafasco team went above and beyond to special order the screws for me. When they arrived, they were exactly what I needed! These guys are experts, and provide amazing service for even small orders like mine! Great work guys!

Went in looking for some hard to find metric long bolts. They didn't have them but Jason, who I dealt with, was able to think outside the box and offer me an alternative solution. Very impressed with the skill and service that is offered here. Highly recommend!!

I got what I needed but the guy working made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though the store had zero other customers. Also very expensive: $10 for a just few small screws. Unfortunately there is not really any other local alternative, so I probably will be back at some point, but I would avoid and just order from somewhere online if I knew what sizes I needed in advance.

Went in with my son to look for zipline parts. Jason went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed. Excellent customer service! Thanks Jason. There was even complementary coffee and hot chocolate for us!

This store has been a life saver for a lot of the things that I have needed. They were the only shop in town that had 3M vhb tape. And I went back in today to look for some rubber to raise the solar panels on my roof. They were able to order me custom cut pieces of rubber for my project. Shout out to Rob and Blain for going out of their way to help me solve my problems. They were so kind to help us 5 minutes before closing.

A huge thank you to Chris and Blaine at Brofasco for helping me out so close to closing time on a Friday! They gave me options for matching some bolts I brought in, and gave me some options for using alternative parts to complete a car roof cargo box. If there are 'bad customer service' reviews, it is certainly not about these two gentlemen. Thank you both for your help!
