I walked in today for my blood work. Front desk was polite and professional. FAY is awesome technician , She took care of my appointment, she was highly efficient, kind and professional.5 stars for FAY.cheers...

Came here for a heart test. They ended up putting me in the computer for other procedures. The heart test wasn't Amy of them.Then for them to resubmit me put sit and wait again to be seen.Completely unhappy with the there job quickly..

I originally got there at 10:00 AM (walk in) and the waiting room was full with a 60+ min wait time. Left and returned at 2:00 pm, waiting room was empty and was seated right away. Would suggest coming in the afternoon if you are a walk in. Staff was friendly and blood draw with smooth with minimal discomfort.

It should be 0 star.. Booking system is just STUPID. Why book appointment if they're just gonna make you go to the back and line up for god knows how long. ALWAYS Horrible service, unorganize, understaffed, Unprofessional and rude in many ways. Wont be booking/coming here again.

My wife booked an appointment here online for 1:20pm. The site asks what test you need done and sends you the approval. She showed up today and was told they don’t have time to do the test because they close at 2:30 and the website is wrong. Thanks for taking the time to call people to let them know the issue before they book time off work. Useless.

Wonderful experience getting bloodwork done for my 3 year old yesterday. Booked an appointment ahead of time and we went straight into a cubical, didn’t have to wait in the waiting room.Once there we didn’t wait long and the tech, I believe her name was Alma, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly and engaging with my kiddo and mirrored what I was doing to help my little one feel relaxed (in our case that was showing everything and explaining what was going to happen). When finding the right spot, Alma was very careful to find it first and then was very quick with the needle and draw while chatting and keeping my kiddo calm when the uncomfortable stuff happened.I was worried the whole thing would be traumatizing and upsetting for both of us but we walked out with big smiles and a huge win of my little one knowing she will feel heard and respected by medical practitioners and that she can do hard/scary things.

Took my senior Father here for blood work. Booked an appointment online. Was in and out very quickly. Staff were friendly and accommodating to his disabilities. Parking is ample and free.

Understaffed. People lined up in the hallway to check in while the waiting room sits empty. Checked in online said a 20 minute wait ended up waiting at least an hour.

Booked appointment online.Didn't have to wait although there were around 10 people waiting.The woman taking my blood was friendly and I didn't feel the needle.In and out in around 10 minutes.
