Terrible attitude, we went in the store and the person there did not even ask us what we are looking for. I wanted to buy an expensive chair to support a local business but I guess this kind of attitude does not let you go anywhere.

I bought a HermanMiller Embody at Kit several months ago. Great experience, had two floor assistants and manager help me try the various chairs out and select the fabric by showing a range of samples. They also followed up with HM on several questions I had on the chair before I purchased.As a side note, the HM Embody is, in my opinion, the greatest chair ever made. God bless whoever designed and built it. My back pain is gone, no longer restless at my desk, have sat in it for 12hrs a day at times and not even been mildly uncomfortable or tired. Simply a wonderful product.

I purchased a Herman Miller chair at Kit Interior Objects. I dealt with one of the owners, Rachael, who was extremely patient and very helpful in walking me through getting exactly what I wanted. She even postponed my order to save me money on a promotion Herman Miller was going to have and she brought a brought a replacement piece to my home when I found a defect in the armrest. Staff were courteous and replied promptly to my emails. I would highly this store to friends and family!

Purchased a Herman Miller Aeron online. I just expected it to eventually show up. They followed up to let me know they were having a sale the next day and that they were going to apply the sale price to my purchase. They then followed up with me to make sure delivery went well and I was happy with my purchase. Top notch customer service.

We’ve been shopping at Kit for a while now and have always loved the product selection and service. Our last experience warranted a review as the staff at Kit (especially Rachel) went above and beyond our expectations when we received a defective piece for our new lamp. Long story short, Rachel was quick to respond to my concerns and was able to procure a replacement within a week. This lack of follow-up and accountability has left me feeling neglected as a customer.I believe a reputable company should prioritize customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support. Unfortunately, my experience with the Aeron chair has shown a disappointing lack of commitment to resolving issues.I urge prospective buyers to approach this brand with caution, as the Aeron chair's reputation for ergonomic design is overshadowed by its poor durability and inadequate customer service.In light of this experience, I am actively seeking an alternative provider that demonstrates a higher level of customer care. Kit's showroom is beautifully curated with classic modern furniture, accessories and housewares. I have been shopping at Kit for both myself and my clients for over ten years! While it's their furniture and decor that always draws me in, it is their amazing customer service that continually brings me back!
