Ordered a small cake from here for my wedding, asked for it to be black with a red drip. I was told they could do it. The day we picked it up it was white with a red drip. I was going for a goth wedding so I was disappointed to say the least that it was the only piece of white and stood out completely. Cake was good though, I'll give them that.

Ordered Cupcakes for delivery for my daughter’s birthday. They were to be delivered after 2PM on Saturday. I told my daughter that there was a delivery expected. She was home and waited, as did her 4 roommates. They kept checking, the doorbell never rang and nothing was delivered. When the bakery reopened on Wednesday, I called to see what happened. I was expecting a pleasant conversation with an offer to look into it for me. The person who took my call was not friendly and didn’t seems to care that the cupcakes were not delivered. Said they left the shop and maybe someone took them from the door step. I asked if she could check with her driver to see if something happened and call me back. She said I’ll look into it and hung up. There was no kindness or compassion. She never called me back. A simple “ I am sorry there was a problem, my delivery person is very reliable” and then follow up with me would have been greatly appreciated. My daughter is away at University for the next 3 years, I would have been a repeat customer. My other daughter is in Oakville, also away at school. We found an amazing local bakery that sends us notifications of delivery and according to my daughter and her roommates makes the best cookies ever. Consequently, we order from them for every celebration and are always thrilled by their product, costumer service, and timely delivery. Wish they delivered to Peterborough! I have never written a review for them, just am a loyal repeat customer for the past 3 years. After this, I will write a review for them, they deserve a glowing one.As for Enticing Cakes very disappointed in the entire experience. I have no idea on the quality or taste of their baked goods, but the customer service is terrible.

Won't make the mistake of buying over priced cupcakes or cookies from Enticing Cakes again, $51 for 6 cupcakes and 6 macarons. Icing on the box tasted better, cupcakes so hard and dry, 1 bite was all that I could take...so disappointing

Ordered cupcakes for a party. Although they looked beautiful, they were dense and dry. My guests did not complain but I threw a ton out that had only one bite taken from them. For the price of these cupcakes I expected better quality, even Sobeys has far superior product. I give this place a two star because they were pretty.

Don't have a picture of the cake yet but wanted to say thank you for doing our Wedding Cake and Cupcakes. They were all beautiful and our guests seemed to really enjoy everything (especially the cupcakes!).

I couldn't be happier with service this bakery provided me. I bought a small top tier and cupcakes for my wedding and they exceeded my expectations! The cake was more beautiful than the example pictures I sent and the cupcakes were moist and delicious! Very professional and polite staff! I highly recommend you try them out. Wish I could post a picture because the cake topper made of all edible materials was truly a work of art!

The gluten free macarons are incredible! My daughter loves their cupcakes & cookies too. Beautiful new store in Lakefield, with so many options. Lovely staff & service, couldn’t be happier to see them open up in Lakefield.

I think I literally tried one of everything from their Enticing Cakes trailer set up at the Buckhorn Pumpkin festival and I loved absolutely everything. Definitely the most delicious treats EVER. Great product and amazing group of gals.

Once again, I arrived to pick up a cake for a pre-wedding event and it was a work of art! Given a description of the venue (a lavender farm with beehives), the honey lavender cake was decorated with both bees and lavender! It was delicious and a big hit with the bride and her friends at the shower. I can always count on the baker and decorator(s) to come up with unique cake. Thanks so much. I’ll be back!

Enticing Cakes dropped off the most beautiful tray of cookies for us. We know how busy a time of year it is for bakers, so this was a wonderful, thoughtful, and delicious surprise! Thank you for thinking of the staff at Inclusive Advisory!
