Amazingly friendly staff and killer vibes! They seem to have a good time in there while providing awesome service. And they were really sweet to some kids that were in there at the same time as me, which I feel is rare at some of the Kingsway stores. Most the staff is very helpful.

Highly recommend this store. All the staff is super friendly and very approachable. 100% A+ customer service. Jen the manager went out of her way and made our son’s day with building his first skateboard. I can’t say enough good things about Jen and the staff here.

Went in to buy some shoes for work. The staff working was super helpful and showed me all the good deals. They even told me right away that if they didn’t have my size they’d order it for me! The manager was also super polite and professional, I’ll definitely be going back to shop again.

Lex (the curly haired lady) was such a help finding style and colour patterns that matched with what I was looking for , she had great banter and is a shining star on the Zumiez team ! Would 100% recommend shopping here

Had incredible customer service this morning from the person working! I was browsing some t-shirts and she let me know about some sales they had, and even showed me some shirts from other parts of the store that she thought would fit my style too.

Been here a few times, service has always been extremely good. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is amazing, there is something for everybody. Tyler helped me last time I was here and he was able to hook me up with everything I was looking for, from hats, to shirts, to shoes. Will most definitely be coming back to this store in the near future. Thanks again, Zumiez!
