Had my teeth cleaned by Mica today and without doubt, the most pain free cleaning experience I have ever had. Very professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommend!

I have left a complaint twice, haven’t heard anything back, I would like a response please. My issues have started just over a year of me having treatment so it seems that you won’t acknowledge me any more? I won’t be posting my complaints for public view I would just like to sort the issues out privately please.

Our hygienist Mica did an awesome job cleaning my teeth yesterday :) Having worked in dentistry for a four decades I have had my share of good and not so great hygienists, she's definitely one of the best! So glad she's with us, I have great confidence in promoting her! Join us!!

Am so lucky to have Homer Dental as my dentist. I’ve been with them since about 2014 and they are brilliant and are magicians with my teeth! As well as being very thorough and regular, seeing me every four months. And they are all super lovely and kind too. I VERY HIGHLY recommend them to all!

I've always had a lovely experience here. Dr. Moji and the entire staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. They are very thorough, informative, and kind. This place is the best dental clinic I've ever been to.

After moving downtown, I had hoped Homer Dental could be my new go-to dentist, but it was unfortunately a terrible experience. As other reviews have also pointed out (I wish I read them before I booked an appointment), they will try to tell you that you have cavities or that an old filling needs replaced —- which are not true and confirmed to be not true by other dentists. The exam itself was the most painful visit due to dull tools that are outdated, not properly sharpened and a lack of skill by staff. They also scheduled me for a follow-up visit without consent. I’m glad I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion and I hope others do more research before choosing this place.Update: they called to try and tell me I’m lying about my own health. They then publicly posted confidential health information in response to this review in which they also tried to lie about health diagnoses and claims which violated my privacy. (Glad I took screenshots before you tried to backtrack with your response below). Gaslighting 101 and clear violation of Canadian laws. They’ve made their ethics and knowledge regarding patient privacy clear… absolutely not acceptable. Would give -10 stars if I could, but I might resort to filing complaints with the province instead.
