I was assisted by Peter and Justin this past Friday evening and Saturday morning at Telus Koodo in Carleton Place. I had the most amazing customer experience with Justin last week. I have NEVER met someone who is so technically gifted. I hope that Telus realizes what an asset he is to their company. Not only was he fantastic in troubleshooting, he was also kind. Thank you , Justin! Getting ID'd at the door was weird, I agree.

I have cash I want to buy a cell phone there's a price on the cell phone that I want $900 no term tell us refused sell this to me and told me that they do not sell any phones out right the only way I can get a phone from them is if I sign up for a contract this seems predatory and I will be contacting the crtc

Terrible place to shop will never go back. Removing both my phones from Telus/Koodo and taking my buiness elsewhere. Also I have to give them one star just to post but they do not desereve it.
