This ridiculous place has a cash withdrawal limit of $3000 and the employees look at you like you are crazy if you are asking for anything more than 5k.

What happened to people looking professional?!The two tellers I spoke with looked terrible!One had tights one with a top; the tights (which shouldn't be acceptable to begin with) were too small and coming down her backside and her top was too small and kept popping up over her belly and she was wearing dirty sneakers with her hair falling out of a messy bun.Ridiculous.Are you on your way to sleepover at your friends house or going to work at a bank - because these require different looks!!The other teller was slumped in her chair and didn't sit up when I came to ask a question, posture matters. She was wearing skinny jeans and a hoodie.I saw two people come out of offices and they seemingly had standards, whether they were set by themselves or the bank I'm unsure of, but at least they looked professional.

I had such an amazing experience at this branch. Ghazal has great customer service and committed skills. I highly recommend this branch for anyone in the future.

I suffered discrimination there. I ask for print the bank statement for a year . The first time they told me I need to pay it 5 dollars by printing it out . I said ok . I don’t mind . And I then they told me me to find out the statement and printed out need 20-30 mins. I can send you by email. I said please send it today from My lawyer’s requirement. They promised me but didn’t sent to me on time. I came to the branch today. They told me to get the paper copy! I need to pay 60. I never be charged getting the copy for that. Now I got the copy from another branch without being charged. If you are looking for a good service and be honest with the information. Trying to avoid it.

I suffered fraud in my savings account! They say they can't do anything for me even though they know I didn't make a move. I have asked to speak with the manager, they say I have to make an appointment to see him, I have been trying for about two weeks without success!! the people who work in customer service don't stop looking at me mockingly... I felt offended and discriminated against

If you will open an account, you’d better choose the other banks. I’m the client of this one for almost one year, which is not a pleasant experience at all. Unexpectedly low efficiency and out-of-date. I received my credit card almost in a month. Terribly long waiting time of telephone service, and not really serving and caring. It seems the basic transactions are almost done by myself online. I’m considering changing to another bank.

I need to speak to a human, and do not have a good call back number as I am out of the country. You are open. Your branch service line goes directly to voicemail and says you will try to get back to me by the NEXT business day. Excuse me!?!? Put me on hold for heavens sake. I’ll wait.

Worst bank branch ever. Took 13 months to investigate an interac transfer. No follow up, no calls and after 13 months, after going there multiple times , 1 apology and i have to return the money back to unfreeze the account?!!!

Terrible customer service- tellers with their cellphones texting whilst your bank info is on the screen, Unable to do simple transaction that take 5 minutes at other branches, the manager at this location did not even reach out to us knowing the situation. The teller and the mutual funds guy who said he's be there to help the next day saw us waiting, he was on the phone, after 10 plus minutes we left. So glad we do minamil transactions here. Poorest customer service I have ever encountered The one star is only because I had to put it to rate the place

The teller that served me today had an atrocious attitude. Did not say hello just barked at me to insert my card. Horrible customer service with a scowl. The BMO way.
