Terrible customer service, terrible order fulfillment, terrible shipping, terrible return policy, just plain terrible. Stick to literally any other source for your equipment. They will postpone shipping without any updates or confirmation, they will not respond to inquiries regarding orders, they will give you attitude and pass you from one “customer service” person to another, with no intent to help you. Literal joke of a business, seriously shop elsewhere, do no spend your money with these people. Wish I had been told before having to deal with them.

Not happy with there service. Lack of communication regarding my order, never recieved an update on the order that I made June 19th, constantly getting hung up on. It is now August 4th and I recieved PART of my order, still missing part of it and have yet to even get a response regarding it from Tenaquip. Not happy at all, originally told me 1 to 2 weeks, it has been OVER a month.

I got my package from GLS 15 days after my purchase, I thought I would save some time by shopping on line but I was wrong. Tenaquip did procces my purchase on time after New Year's eve but when they said they have my items in stock they meant in Quebec's stock, not Toronto's.

I ordered some 3m pancake filters because amazon was no longer carrying the particular ones I use (2297) and found that I could get them from tenaquip for a third of the cost. Sure shipping took a bit longer than it would have with amazon but I still received my order within 2 weeks of making the order. I am satisfied.
