What a great little spot. Found this on my latest business trip to Toronto. I was staying in the area at a hotel which served me old meat, I got sick and eventually needed some real food. The cheese empanadas here were amazing and instantly made me order a few extra to go (in case I got hungry at the hotel). I will be returning

Everyone I'm in Kensington I grab the 3 for $10 deal. They are huge, filling and delicious. Highly recommended for visitors of kensington market.

Chilean Empanadas
Small hole in the wall resturant is a local spot for tourists enjoying the local culture of Kensington market.The hummitas are slightly sweeter than versions I have had in South America- probably because Canadian corn is much sweeter than Chilean corn. The empanadas were also good, but the cheese quickly hardens when cool.Overall enjoyable and cute place but not accessible.
