This business is highly recommended. They (Hayley?) were professional over the phone, and pleasant and helpful in person. It turns out my iPad was easily fixed and they chose not to charge me. This is rare and extremely appreciated. Great customer service!!!

Place is awesome! Always been a great help from iPhone cleaning to laptop repair. Recently went in for a charger port issue and got it cleaned for no charge! The people here are kind and always have an answer for whatever issue you may have.Would (and will) come again!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my laptop in since some of the keys were sticking. They blew it out with compressed air and it worked. They wouldn’t even take a payment from me. I can’t remember the last time I got such good service!

Took my iPad there yesterday & was told 24 hour turn-around time. Got an email 6 hours later saying that it was good to go. Picked it up same day! Perfect job, exactly on quote & in 1/4 of the time expected. Outstanding :)

I took my iPhone 7 here to get the battery replaced. Job done in half hour but there were many issues. When the owner found out she took total ownership and repaired the phone correctly and provided a refund. She went above and beyond so I would definitely recommend Fix My Touch.

I paid $100 for them to have my brand new iphone for two days, incorrectly diagnose it, change the wrong part, and also take off my screen protector (without replacing it). I was then ghosted when I asked about it.Now I have a five month old phone that didn’t actually need anything done to it with a different non-apple part, voided warranty, and without a screen protector. My (only) charger was broken, not the phone. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it still stresses me out if I think about it, because this is the only phone I’ve ever bought upfront and now it’s pretty much been refurbished. I’m really disappointed and upset. I still have no response after two weeks, asking multiple times about the screen protector. So if you have any complaints at all, you won’t receive any customer service— not even a response.Edit:Where would it have gone then if that’s not the case? the only other person who had my phone in the 12 hours that I didn’t notice it missing were me and you guys. I would hope I would remember the last 12 hours enough to know it wasn’t me.As well, you only responded when the complaint was public, because I have yet to get a response personally. I don’t live in Kelowna and was only visiting, so I can’t bring it back in. I had to take it elsewhere because you guys didn’t find the problem but still replaced brand new parts. I appreciate you trying to fix it, but it didn’t work and left me worse off. I don’t mean to be harsh but this is super disappointing and also not a solution. And I’m sorry, but you’re also not doing me a favour by offering to look at it again. And I was never told to bring it back in either so why were you expecting me to…?

Absolutely fantastic service, coffee spill went right inside my MacBook, I thought I would be in for a huge repair, they fixed it from thorough cleaning for only 178! I feel extremely appreciative for the kind, professional and extremely helpful service. They can’t be better
