Accent Inns Victoria
The room is a motel room, it was clean and as expected, but nothing fancy. But what puts this place over the top is the service. Staff were all incredibly friendly, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond. Accent Inns offers free bike rentals for guests as well. Location is good, a short drive or convenient bus ride to downtown Victoria.

Cannot say enough about this wonderful place! Actually, it’s the people and their limitless kindness who made it a place to remember. I was in town for my dog’s surgery at the nearby animal hospital. From contactless check in, personalized notes in my room, constant offers of help to make things easier, to inquiring about my dog’s status. I have never stayed anywhere with such amazing customer service and I highly recommend the Accent Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Being pet friendly was just a bonus! They really go above and beyond and I am SO grateful!

We had a great experience with this location. The kids loved the rubber ducks (and extras were provided so each child got one!) and the doggie bags were a nice touch. This was truly the most pet friendly place we've ever stayed at. Thank you!

Very friendly, nice staff. Beds were comfortable. Basic necessities ok. But it's an old-style motel that really needs to be upgraded or better yet, rebuilt. We only stayed there cause pets were allowed and it was fairly reasonable, though for a bit more, we could had a nicer hotel (without the dog)

The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The duck theming throughout the property was quirky, and definitely appreciated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and I was most impressed that this property offers a medical rate" which helped us out financially."

Great staff level of excellence is high in all departments. Located right in the heart of the city. Restaurant on site has a great selection of food and drinks. Beds are superior to most in the industry and who dsnt like a ruby ducky waiting for in the tub!!!

Accent Inns Victoria
Third stay in the past three months. Originally chose the Accent Inn for its convenient location. Continue to stay here because everything has been perfect for me. I'm not someone who quibbles about little things, nor complain about larger issues. If I'm dissatisfied with anything, I will quietly move on. Will not consider staying elsewhere. I have already booked my next visit. Although I now live elsewhere, I was born and raised in Victoria, so I know the city very well and have never heard anything uncomplimentary about the Accent Inn.

I spent a week in Victoria in May with my husband, and we stayed at the Accent Inn on Maple street. The service was impeccable and there is communication everywhere as to what amenities are available, who to contact and although we didn't need service, I felt the staff would be very attentive to any need. The room was clean, and cleaned well during our stay, and the burger restaurant on site was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Victoria area who wants to drive or take transit as it's not far from downtown and is in a great location!
