Wish they (Masonville store) would answer the telephone. I have to drive 1.5 hrs to get to nearest store (Masonville) so I like to call ahead to make sure what I want is in stock. I prefer to shop in store to help provide jobs, but if in store staff can't be reached I guess I will become an online shopper.

I went in to Guess yesterday with my broken watch. I dealt with a gentleman named Brandon. Brandon was very helpful and very knowledgeable with what steps I need to take in order to get my watch fixed. Brandon showed he knew exactly what he was talking about and I was extremely pleased with his service yesterday. This man deserves a raise.

My wife was shopping for a new wallet so we stopped in at the Masonville Mall Guess location. Upon entering the store we made our way to the wallet display. There was a small box with an assortment of wallets sitting on a counter. My wife looked over the wallets as two female employees watched close by.We were the only people in the store, none of the three employees greeted us when we entered. I'm not sure if the wallets were out because a previous customer had been looking at them or if the two female employees were looking for themselves. As soon as my wife returned the wallet to the box one of the female employees snatched it up and put it back on the shelf. She then proceeded to join the other two employees and continue their conversation.This was done in a very rude mannor. Clearly my wife was interested in the wallets and the employee should have offered her assistance or stepped back to allow her time to look.My wife enjoys clothing and products from this retailer but this is the second time she has found the employees rude at this location. We are very disappointed by the service recieved. I hope someone from corporate will see this review and make (what I think) are necessary changes to improve customer service here.

This is my first time I m writing something bad Usually I didn’t write the reviews . Me and my husband looking for guess store in massonvilla from 2 hours because we moved from other city . First time I feel very bad costumer service in a store . I asked a girl on a counter is the discount on fresh price or or this is a second discount and she open the phone calculator and start teaching me maths how to calculate 50% discount and told me to calculate on my phone I didn’t explain how bad I feel. I m a graduate and may be I know better than her how to calculate. I just want to know from the owner you hire these guys to teach the customers maths or for the help of the customer. Otherwise may you only need one person for the billing

Hi I have never seen such poor service.I bought a Guess watch for my brother for Christmas,I had it for a few months in its box and gave it to him on Christmas day. THE NEXT DAY HE TELLS ME IT DOES NOT WORK. I go back to the store for help and the Manager should fine some other line of work for she would not help me at all.I spent over $1000 ON Guess this year. WILL NOT GO TO THIS GUESS STORE AGAIN.NO SERVICE NO HELP.I like the watch,did not want my money back, but wanted it to work.

Both my daughters found clothes they liked. I was surprised when we received more discounts on sale items when we paid. We also received Loyalty cards that work in Canada and the U.S.Staff was friendly and helpful

Had a good first experience, but a poor second. I believe the employ who at cash was a manager... but her attitude was sour. I know it's tough working in retail. But me asking for respect as a customer is different than me asking for 100 all smiles every minute.

For Christmas, my husband gave me a $1,000 usd, Visa card to go on a shopping spree. So yesterday (Feb. 11, 2022) we drove 1.5 hours to Masonville & popped into the Guess store there. It was about 3:30-4pm when I walked in.Now, perhaps I didn't look like a million bucks, given that I was in jeans & a tee with a black hoodie, but to not even acknowledge that I've walked in your store....? That's just rude, to any human!Behind the counter stood two girls & a guy. All three looking at something on their phone, heads stuck together. At some point, while I looked around, one girl glanced up at me. But no word.Shortly after I walked in, my husband came in & went straight to the leather jackets to the right corner. He was also looking for a new jacket.After about 3-4 more minutes, I announce loudly, that based on principal alone, I was not going to buy anything from this store because they can't even be bothered to ask if there's anything they can help us with............. In short: Lazy & rude! TikTok or whatever, was clearly their priority!So, off we went to carry on spending roughly $1,300 cad, plus hubs' $500ish that he spent, in 14 other stores in Masonville Mall. And in every single other store, there was someone who approached us asking if they could help, explained where the fitting rooms were & notified us of any deals they had going on.It's too bad, because I was hoping for some cool new digs from Guess.But, if that's how ignorant they're going to be to the people who pay their rent, then I'll never buy in-store or online from Guess, again. Guess & their snotty little minions, lost about $1,800 in sales yesterday. But given that this was not the first time we've been ignored, I guess it doesn't matter to Guess.I hope this post helps guide other shoppers away.I hope in a few months, we'll find a kinder store in your place.

I got a hand-bag (women) to be gifted to someone a couple of months ago. I asked to have it packed in a box, they told me they don’t have a box to fit in. It’s horrible. You cannot just put the hand bag in a reusable bag and hand it over to the customers.

No customer service at all! Cell phones are more important than making money! I will never go back to this location. Was wanting to buy a watch and stood there for half hour then left. I'll give my business to someone else
