Stock has been low and not a lot of new things lately. I ended up finding what I needed at Staples after finding out Deserres was no longer carrying it.

Each one of the workers will ask you multiple times if they can “help you” find what you are looking for. It’s impossible to just browse without feeling that they suspect you are going to steal something. I often go in and browse and buy stuff randomly but now I won’t do it anymore because they make you uncomfortable.

This was one of two positive experiences I have had during my Christmas shopping adventures. I believe the associate was an assistant manager and she was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me with what I needed. Thank you. After many negative experiences elsewhere you made my day.

As always, helpful, interested staff. Great selection of products. Custom framing - maybe a little more expensive than other places, but you get a professional job in the end.

I was actually there yesterday. I am an experienced artist but still need help finding things also for finding alternative materials and solutions to accomplishing my artistic goals. Yesterday one if the staff at the Bell's Corners store was knowledgeable and patient while searching out products that would fit my needs. A big thank you to Graham.

Great experience. I have the opportunity to visit many different Deserres and this one is very good. Their canvas selection, self made with stretcher bars or premade, is vast and well priced. They have the normal selections that you find in a Deserres - keeping the focus on fine arts and not just a kids and craft store. And I think with further investigation I would probably find a few extras!Well priced, friendly staff and a very lovely store. If I am every in the area again, I would definitely be satisfied shopping here.It's in a mini mall area so there is parking available.
