I had an outstanding experience at Specsavers.The staff ( Ladan) was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my vision needs. They assisted me in choosing a stylish and comfortable pair of glasses that suited my face shape perfectly. The fact that they handled all the insurance paperwork and made sure I received the maximum coverage was a huge plus. The only downside was the longer than expected turnaround time for my glasses, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, considering the excellent service and the quality of the final product, I would still highly recommend Specsavers.

My husband and I recently visited Specsavers at Vaughan Mills that I highly recommend. The first time we stopped by the store was in May, and all of the sales were busy with the customers. So we went back to check this weekend. Catherine , the optician, was very professional and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and addressing all our vision needs. They had a wide selection of products to choose from, ensuring we got 3 perfect pairs of glasses for different purposes. What impressed me even more was the competitive pricing offer, making them great value for the quality we received. Both of us left the store feeling satisfied and confident in the purchase. If you're in need of optical services, this store is definitely worth considering!

I must say one of the best customer service received at this store. Mica has been exemplary and excellent at her job. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, recommended the best and helped me throughout the entire process. Store is clean, people are nice and friendly and doctor Samar is also great. Overall feeling super happy about it. Thanks Team great work!

I was in the process of looking for new prescription glasses and happen to be at Vaughan Mills Mall walking by Specsavers during their Grand Opening. Approached by one of their staff (Samantha) very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Didn’t have much time that day and told her will be back on Saturday to purchase the glasses, which I did. Samantha was busy helping other customers so she introduced me to one of her co-workers (Catherine) who is also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great experience and service, the staffs at Specsavers are courteous, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and amazing!!! Thanks, Samantha and Catherine for your outstanding service. I took my daughter to the Specsavers Vaughan Mills for her new glasses recently, it was our first time to purchase the glasses in that store, and we are very pleased with their excellent service, high quality of the glasses and reasonable prices. There is also a on-site eye Doctor to do the eye check and fill the prescription. The staff in Specsavers are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, especially many thanks to Catherine for her time and patience to help my daughter in the selection and purchase of the glasses. I am completely satisfied with this purchases and I will be returning for more glasses for my whole family in the future.

My mom and I were shopping for new eyeglasses and we were so happy have walked into Specsavers. Alan helped us straight away and he made the process so easy. He’s friendly and so knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff. We’re really happy with the service and definitely recommending this place to family and friends.

I had an amazing and welcoming experience at Specsavers Vaughan Mills from the moment I walked into, until I left. The doctor was very kind was able to explain my prescription in detail to me. Mojeeb and the team (another helpful lady, who’s name I forget, I’m sorry) were very helpful in helping me pick the right lenses and answering any questions I had regarding my prescription and choice of frames. They also helped me to identify issues with my current lenses from another company that were causing me problems. Highly recommend! 10/10. Can’t wait for my new frames :D

I had such a great experience searching for my perfect pair of glasses. With the help of an amazing staff member Catherine, I found not only 1 but 2 beautiful pairs that I adore. I wouldn’t have been able to find them without Catherine helping me through every step and offering her knowledge and insight!
