Always friendly and helpful staff at Massage Addict. They’re able to direct bill my insurance company. Kendra is an excellent massage therapist! I always leave much more relaxed than when I arrived.

Had a great experience today, feeling so relaxed now. Would highly recommend Gwen if you have some bad knots you need taken care of!!

My appointment was in the evening. It was with Mtthew. Firstly, the room was very cold, I was literally shivering but matthew's service was the worst. He was acting like he don't want to work. I told him my shoulders and neck is very sore and I told him he can go for deep message but he was'nt even trying. He worked for 20 minutes on my shoulders thenfor some reason he started doing my head message. It was so bad that I will never go back.At the end I told the receptionist that room was very cold, she said you are the first one complaining about cold!

Love getting massages here. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant!

Stay away ! Booked an hour long massage at 9 am I was the first client of the day. I arrived at 850 am and therapist arrived a couple of minutes later. I checked in at the front desk and handed over my completed medical questionnaire. I was advised that Gwen C was reviewing my paperwork and making a telephone call. Finally greeted by Gwen and escorted to the treatment room. Advised she was on hold with Passport Canada and would be with me soon. I was left in the room while Gwen completed her telephone call. Massage treatment started at 915 am and ended at 1002 am. So much for the hour long treatment. During casual conversation I inquired if Gwen and her family were planning an upcoming vacation and required passports urgently. I was told there were no planned trips. I guess my time is not important and checking on the status of a passport application takes priority over clients. Please conduct your personal business on your time and not at my expense. Totally unprofessional !

Therapists are very professional with a variety of training. They've helped me with old injuries and chronic pain using deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Pricing is around the average for massage therapy. Be prepared to book up to a week in advance.

My “hour” started late and ended early. I told him he needed to massage deeper and he refused! Said he had to warm up the muscles, which he did for about a half hour. I again requested a deeper massage, this time he complied. Couldn’t find anything in my sore spot and ignored my comment that I had a cramp in my left foot. I have had many massages and therapists, this was the worst and most expensive. On a positive note, the receptionist was top notch: polite and helpful.

I came back again today, the staff that assisted me was James. He is good and I feel better about my back pain.And I will come back again for sure.. Great help. thanks againTime to relax, muscles pain, body pain massage addict is best for you.. Staff are amazing!

Ashley provides amazing therapeutic massages and helped my back issues and also provided me with some great stretches to try to help with some tightness. Highly recommend Ashley as well as the service the front desk lady Jessie gives!

I went for a relaxation massage after reading about the different types of massages on their website. The website specifically says what a relaxation entails. However before the massage started she asked me for areas of concern I mentioned my shoulders having a lot of tension. Maybe that was my mistake because she spent the entire massage - 50 minutes - strictly doing my shoulders. I thought a relaxation included a full body so that was disappointing, also I booked an hour massage but I feel it was cut short 10 minutes. Overall wasn't a great experience my shoulders are still very tight and sore. Wont be going again.
