Omni Hearing

My father who wears hearing aids was looking for Signia Concha Locks for his Siemens/Signia hearing aids. He had previously gone to a local hearing aid store in Markham, who wanted to charge him hundreds of dollars to replace the locks. The saleswomen who didn't know the product, sold him incorrect locks, but my dad used them as he didn't know where else to go.My dad recently found Omni Hearing online and after emailing them, they gave us the option of picking up the Concha locks from their Woodbridge location, or having them shipped to our home for free if we bought $40 or more in products. We decided to drop by their Woodbridge location where we met Kabir, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately noticed the incorrect locks that were on the hearing aids, and he told us that each of my dad's hearing aids were a different size, which my dad didn't know. Kabir replaced the locks with the correct ones, showed us how they should be installed in the ear, sold us 1 pack of each size, and told us that they do hearing tests. Overall, we left very satisfied and will definitely be back for either a hearing test or for replacement parts.

I took my father-in-law, who is almost 90 years old, to Omni Hearing located on Weston Road in Woodbridge, and they were so kind, compassionate and caring. Leanne conducted an extremely thorough hearing exam for free!!! Then Leanne helped me walk my father-in-law all of the way to the car!! I have never seen such outstanding service!! I wanted to pay them anyway even though they said the exam was free!! I can’t wait for my father-in-law to get his hearing aids from Omni Hearing!! Mom and I have been to omni hearing office for testing on both of us. This was the 1st time here. Leanne was so professional, approachable with fantastic persona. Explained and answered all our questions. If only all health care providers were that way. We can start feeling human again. Thanks for being you.

What can I say.... KABIR is my lifesaver!!!!! Unfortunately my phonak combi charger broke on Friday (some issues with the USB port) and I couldn't charge my hearing aids at all at night....Ouch! I had a conference scheduled for Sat afternoon and literally couldn't attend without my hearing aids. I called 10+ stores around the GTA/downtown area and Kabir was THE ONLY person who picked up the phone and said np

Decided to get my hearing tested as lately I've been around a lot of loud noises and just wanted to ensure that everything was alright and to establish a baseline, and this was the first place to pop up on Google, so I figured I'd give it a try.I'm glad I did!The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous, and the test was performed very professionally. The office itself was very well maintained and extremely clean.For anyone looking to get their hearing tested I definitely recommend Omni Hearing!

Wow what a great business! I went to the one on Weston Rd Vaughan. Kabir gave me exceptional service. We were on a trip to collingwood area from Ottawa and found out my husband forgot his hearing aid charger…disaster as anyone knows who has hearing aids. We called the chain where they were bought nothing they could do to help. saw the ad for Omni and tried them no answer so sent an email. By the way this is in the evening, not expecting any results Kabir emailed me and ask for a picture so he could check if he had a charger that would work. After sending the pics he responded he had one and to come in. We were at the place first thing and was pleasantly pleased at how pleasant he was, it worked and we stayed for a bit to get them charged up. I am always glad to find places that genuinely care about their fellowman.I hadn’t bought the hearing aids from him but he went out of his way to help…I am definitely going there when we need new hearing aids,A great little gem of a place.

My review can not do justice to this establishment. Fantastic prices, knowledgeable salespeople and quick delivery. Not that but their selection is enormous.
