I would never let them tow your vehicle. Got into an accident in the Sault May 29. S_____said car would be safe. Staff STOLE all my item from my car. Owner is not a nice person. YOUR STaFF are thieves or maybe .your are. Hope you had time to digest what I told you. Karma is a B%$&*

I have used this company for towing multiple times. I called for a tow, PAID $101.70 upfront on my Visa. They showed up (5.7 km from the shop), waited a few minutes, left and said that I would be refunded for the tow OR have a credit for a tow because I already paid for it. I had called multiple times for my refund with no call back. I called a final time and the BOSS declined to speak to me and also declined a refund or a tow credit. GREAT Business Donnie Varcoe. Mitchell's Town & Country Towing is what I recommend if you want high quality and professional service.

What ever you do stay away from these people and their associate company superior truck service in Wawa! They are going to get some one killed these gouging rip off artists! They left me stranded for 6 hours in freezing temperatures after putting diesel in my car after being stuck in this current battle against us all! I made them a very generous settlement offer which they have refused. Horrible first dayy car got impounded they double charged making it enough I couldn't gety car out then had to argue to go get my stuff out then when I got there had nothing but defiance and argumentative staff even got called a spoiled kid even tho I work hard for everything I have I'm 21 and have had job since I was 16 I don't think I'm a spoiled child I'm a hard working customer that got completely treated like a stray dog horrible worst towing place in town been

I would like to thank Guy with Laird Towing and Recovery for his exceptional service he provided to my grandma and family. Their U-haul got a flare tire and Guy was there in no time to help and tow it to my grandmas place. He parked where it needed to be then he went above and beyond his job description and helped my family unload the truck as well. So I wanted to say thank you to him and let him be recognized because even though it says Laird Towing it is people like this that make the service great for the company and they need to be recognized as well. So thank you again and I would most definitely recommend Laird Towing and Recovery for any issues you have on the road.

This is the best towing company I have ever dealt withI lent my Truck to Brandon Dunlop / Krack who failed to return it , the SSM OPP located it and Laird Towing picked it up for me and returned it within 45 minutes . They (Laird) recovered my Key's , Ownership and Plates which they did not have to do .This Company is GREAT and I would recommend them 100 percent to anyone needing a Tow Company .Thank You For The Great Over And Above Service …...

Only get one star bc they hired a crook from another local business most likely working here now bc she got dismissed from her last.. Not judging anything here but this. She shouldnt be around people as like my self.

Terrible service, they don't return phone calls, owner is uses vulgarity to speak with the public. Do NOT expect your car back undamaged when they tow your car ( illegal tow from downtown). Great treatment for attracting us as business owners.
