I've been coming to the store for the last 7 years to purchase bill tong. The customer service and the store environment is absolute superb. I love all the products especially the candies and chocolates that they sell in the store. When I came here 7 years ago, I would always bring my husband Bill Tong to Chicago because it is his favorite. I remember how they would package it so nicely for me to bring on the plane. Everytime I come in, I always get greeted by the amazing staff. Definitely will be a lifetime customer at Eat Sum More!!

They always ave fast shipping and see they go out of their way for every customer making them feel appreciated. My favourite place to visit. Best customer service, Tanya and all that work there are welcoming and the friendliest bunch. They are incredibly helpful and provide inspiring recipe ideas and always a fantastic conversation. It’s bit of a trek for me but so very worth it! They have a wide variety of South African good at very affordable prices. Best of all they have the BEST droewors and biltong ever!

Oh wow! Absolutely great service! Very friendly and helpful! Prices are affordable and really wonderful to know I can get some of our favorite SA goodies here in America from Canada! It was most definitely the fastest service I have ever experienced. I ordered and paid the Sunday and the Monday right after was emailed with a tracking number and received my package the Thursday!! Thank you for the wonderful service ! Have a lekker day!

Best Biltong in Canada !!! Great place, amazingly friendly staff, very helpful and always smiling !!! If you like beef jerky and have never tried Biltong then up your game and get over to try some!!! While here you can also try some other popular snacks and drinks from South Africa!

Would that I could give them 6 stars. Excellent, friendly and professional service. And the product I bought (Beacon Marshmallow Eggs) was a hit with the Easter egg hunt I organized. Best customer service! First time coming into the shop, but have ordered many times in the past. The Biltong is heaven on earth and they have a great selection on South African treats. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️
