I called today regarding adoption a cat, the lady who answered the phone was super impolite with no respect. She ended the call on me mid sentence then when I called her back she said “I’m not sure what you expect me to do”. All I was asking is if they have any black cats at the location up for adoption.

I often stop by this location most Mondays as I live in another area of the Niagara Region. Myself I am a pet owner of three cats and I have always had a wonderful experience dropping by this location and looking at all the kittens / cats. I just want to say that the staff at the Cat Adoption Ctr are amazing and very helpful. My husband and I adopted 2 kittens 3 weeks ago. After the loss of our cat Koda, we decided to fill our house with laughter and love again. And they are thriving ☺️☺️❤️❤️. Their names are Whiskie ( she was named Pearl but I changed it ) and Kiwi. They are such a joy. Thank you again to the staff , you guys and gals rock. If you are looking for a kitten or even an older cat, this is the place to good and find your forever fur baby.

I went here two days ago. I saw 3 siblings, Curly Larry and Moe. Curly was on hold and the others were not. I came back today after Curly was adopted and separated from his brothers (who were cuddling closely the first time) which I’m happy for him, but I also saw his brothers listless and sulking—it broke my heart. Normally bonded cats are not separated. I overheard some of the volunteers saying that this should not have happened and they didn’t know how the others would take it. That was heartbreaking.

Have signs everywhere about if you would like to spend time with a cat please ask we would be happy to help you...i asked to hold a cat and unless I'm adopting apparently not allowed to give them any love pretty poor service and even worse the cats feel sorry for them
