Bought a 2020 Durango from Bradley. The process was very smooth and stress free. Walked us through the whole process and give us exactly what we were looking for. Always had a smile on his face and didn't get bothered by the extra things that we asked for. He even went above and beyond to provide a vehicle for us while the durango was getting processed for an extra day. I'd highly recommend giving him a call and sit down and see what he has to offer.

We went there yesterday to take a look at some cars. The guy helping us is doing a fantastic job. We were about to close the deal but still having second thoughts so we needed time to think about it. The manager came in and totally ruin it. He is being to pushy. The manager talks to us like we were stupid that we don’t know how this works.The guy who were helping us is more deserving of being the manager. Knows how to connect with his clients and very respectful.

Bradley was very helpful, prepared and informative. He worked hard to get the deal done. Definitely enjoyed buying from him, and will be doing so in the future again.

I am new immigrant to Canada. I went with my family to buy a car from FFUN dealer. They showed us a car covered with snow and we asked about condition, they said it’s perfect and there is no scratch on it as its a 2017 model and there is nothing that I should worry about . I gave them 1200 dollars in advance and after 1 day when i went again to give rest of down payment and to pick the car. There was no snow on car and car was full of paint scratches and dents. I said you lied to me and managers got extreme rude. I asked to give my money back, he said we will deduct 750 dollars and give you 450 dollars back. I am very tensed as we are new here. Its been 2 weeks they are not giving my money back and not listening to me. Please beware of them. I request authorities to take action and come to a resolution with this issue. I need my money refunded. I need my full payment back which is 1200 dollars. They don’t have any policy of deduction.

First time buying a car and Paul made the process very smooth and simple. Love what I ended up in! This dealership has all the small things “right”. Requested a test drive and they had the car parked out front and warming up even before I arrived. Was able to test drive it on my own and felt no pressure to be quick. Paul answered all my questions throughout the whole process and made it extremely comfortable. They even detailed the car further prior to delivering it to my house. Great experience. After a bad experience at another local dealership I arrived at Ffun and was helped by Kassy. From start to finish she was so helpful and went above and beyond! I walked out of there with a beautiful new Honda civic and will definitely be a return customer. I will also be sending family and friends to Ffun.

They have friendly staff. But they have the worst polices that to get approved before you hear the final price.

Exactly why car dealerships get a bad name. Wouldn't even let us know the payment until we asked repeatedly. Spent like 2.5 hours to test drive, and receive payment info. Car was about $25/biweekly over what it should have been. Equates to just under $5000 in seemingly hidden fees? Thats the ffun advantage. Do not shop here. There are far better dealerships than this. I will never come back.

Ashley was awesome and the whole team. She helped me in every step to achieve my dream car. Really, no sugar coating about how I am grateful for all the help that I receieved from Ashley. She made my day.
