Not the best experience with this company. The reason for this bad review is due to the following reasons:1. They don't have the best cleaners even though they say they do. Before listing the unit they recommend doing a deep clean which is not cheap. Once the cleaners completed their work,  I went to check the unit to see their work, because I wanted to make sure that cleaning was done up to standard, as this is very important for high Airbnb ratings.I was not happy with the level/detail of the cleaning. I sent them the pictures which I am posting in this review, stating that I am not happy with the work. The response I got was Understood

I cannot rate Park Place Properties highly enough. As far as Property Managers go they have by far been the best I’ve dealt with, their willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made everything very easy.
